Luigi is being framed! He is innocent and we all know that.
"a certain segment of the population"
Thats a funny way of spelling "everyone in America"..
Yep...certain segment. People who like violence, vigilantes, mob rule, socialist leanings and are agnostic.
I don't think is fair for the persecutor to pick a jury, that wouldn't be a fair trial.
There's no way a mother would answer that without a lawyer.
There's so much that is fishy about *evidence* has been shared.
Who trusts the FBI now days?
I'm leaning towards Luigi being framed.
Mangione took out just one of many Grim Reapers. That's his legal defense.
Let's see how that works.
I'm just here for the comments. Look how UNITED we are America. Beautiful!!! ❤💟💙
United in murder? Wrong.. and sick.
He will get away.
You saying that you're probably on a list now
Nah he will plead guilty to get a lesser sentence, still gonna serve 30+ years in prison
@@pdaddyg6846 not gonna happen I think he's a smart guy and this is in his plan he wanted to get caught. This is the beginning if you have a brain cell you will know he is just getting started
I'd say mistrial
@@notrend_ He won't risk life in prison, slim chance there will be a trial, he'll take the best deal. He serves 30 years he'd still get out in his late 50's not too bad. Book it.
Mental health defense is the only defense he has at this time. It makes sense. A lot of people go into surgery and come out addicted to medications. That, in itself altered this guys state of mind.
What he done was wrong but the healthcare needs to be changed. To actually accepting claims that fit within code and not be just after the money
They have a taste for blood money, and will never give it up of their own accord.
So curating their juror to fit their conviction
Respect. Very straightforward and to the point on each topic.
I had a blood clot at the age of 21. Surgery cost an hospital bills costed half a million dollars and some change. I make 21 dollars an hour now 5 years later.. 12 hour days. ..
Sorry. This system is broken.
Law enforcement had clearly said that the fingerprints on the bottle were too smudged to yield any results.. and then after the arrest, suddenly they say his fingerprints match the ones on the bottle! Something is absolutely fishy here..
Yes. I remember that too.

Exactly. Will never understand it.
Maybe he believes justice is more important than his own freedom.

This is going to be the easiest excused from jury duty for anybody being called into this case. All you have to say is that you're aware of the media attention surrounding Luigi and they'll excuse you 😂
With big cases like this it's pretty impossible to find someone living under a rock who hasn't heard of this happening.
It’s not that easy. I’ve had friends who still were selected for jury duty even if they had bias towards one of the two parties. They will ask if you are willing to be impartial and that is the question that will determine whether or not you get selected
Yeah but the jury has to be careful of being charged for perjury if they try to sneak in and lie about how they are impartial.
Luigi didn’t kill Brian Thompson, rather he got himself killed.
Yeah..I guess you could say that about many victims..."it was their fault."
Let's see how that thinking holds up in court.
That was self defense for the American working people
Luigi Mangione For President‼
He would UNIFY this country.
Phew! Thanks for giving me 6 reasons of hope😮💨
😅😂
All you New Yorkers who wanting to see a change in the Health Insurance/care in America, scrub your social media of all comments about Luigi! Just in case you are called for jury duty.
Next, will you bribe jurors to reach a verdict you want?
This all smells bad !
Keep your faith in the attorney.
Heck no, he's definitely not insane. No mental defect whatsoever.
If anything, Luigi sees things all too clearly. There's an interview with a British person, who says Luigi's always trying to improve himself.
Believe they have the wrong guy..The photos are of different men..
Unfortunately if fingerprints and bullet casings match, photos don't matter as much. Again, if I was him, I'd flee the country the same day. To a country that doesn't have an extradition with the US.
Free Luigi ❤Mangioni NO CHARGES FIELD SET HIM FREE.
another surprise coming to Bragg, this time is jury nullification
So strange. People that are religious here are the most judgemental.
This has been the case for eternity.

How did he know to be there exacty on time.
Inside job.
He mentioned social engineering in the manifesto. He probably got someone close to the guy on the phone and got the info out of them. Maybe under false pretenses like claiming he worked at the Hilton.
@@MakerInMotion At 6.45 am. makes no sense.

You've got to say:

It wasnt Luigi yall got the wrong guy...
The only group of jurors that might convict Luigi are those who are rich and powerful people.
That’s right and it’s super important how they’ll choose the jury
You hate rich people? All rich people will convict? How ignorant.

highly unlikely, for two reasons. this case is getting so much public attention AND the 5th amendment protects him from double jeopardy.
You cant retry someone like that. Look at OJ
The Mass Murderer is called a CEO, that's why he was shot.
Then certainly you would have just a few names from the mass murders to back up your claim.

We know of another high profile case in the 90’s that had a lot of circumstantial evidence but the person was acquitted. It’s a serious charge and they must be unequivocally correct .
