Good workout. Thanks for sharing. Some kind of countdown timer approaching the end/start of the set is helpful since keeping eyes on the screen the whole time is a bit hard. Thanks again.
Great workout, thanks! It would be handy if there was a sound it a bell or something when one exercise ends and begins. I'm so focused on form, movement and breath, I thought it was unnecessary hard to also have to keep an eye on the TV for the timing. Just a tip, but great video and workout, thanks!
Thank you! Yeah, this was one of our earlier videos. We’re improved the timers, etc a lot since then. Check out our newer videos and let us know your thoughts.
This is an excellent workout. I'm so glad I had an exercise ball to work along. The format of these videos is so great. I really like seeing what's next. Keep up the great work.
Great to see you back here. This was such an underrated workout in my opinion. Adding the stability ball works the abs so much different than without. Glad you enjoyed it. New vids are dropping every day beginning Jan 1 -- come back and check them out. Hope you are having a wonderful holidays!
Omg this was incredibly challenging after doing 45 min cardio/ab workout. Loved this! My first time here and I’m not subscribed and can’t wait to come back for more . Thank you
REally like this. Could you please re do the exact same exercises but put an alert sound when the interval is over? Also, show the picture of the next exercise immediately so that we have enough time to get in position.
Thanks for the comment. Thanks for the recommendation -- this was one of our earlier videos and a lot has changed since 😅 I have it on my list to shoot a new stability ball workout, but I also like the idea of uploading that older one with times too. Great suggestion!
This would have been a great workout except there was no timer indicator to let me know to switch the exercise. I had turn my head which puts my neck in danger of injury. Please consider this when adding music. Thank you for your willingness to put workouts on youtube.
I liked the workout but it sucks having to stare at the screen to know when the next workout is coming. Implement an audible countdown timer to indicate transitions.
This is an older video (we were learning :)) all new videos have the timer implemented along with a total timer. Check them out. Thanks for the feedback.
I'm using the 65cm ball in this workout. It's a little large and you could easily drop down to 55cm or smaller. Here's a link to the ball I use amzn.to/34tdddI
Do what you can and build up to those more difficult moves. Practice is key! Don't be afraid to take it slow. Start with 1 rep, then 2, etc... You got this!
Thanks for giving it a try! Okay.. try these things to help with lower back pain - place your hands under your hips to support your lower back. Once your core gets stronger then you can move your hands to your sides or behind your neck - press your lower back firmly into the ground. It should feel like your belly button is pressing through your back and into the floor. It will make the ab exercises more difficult, but that helps to make your core stronger too … and supports your back at the same time. If you feel your lower back lifting off the ground then stop and rest. Try those first and let me know!
@@TIFFxDAN wowww thank you for responding I just bought one 65cm I’m 5’11 also how many times a week would you recommend doing abs? It’s my goal I’m dieting and running like 6-8 miles every day as well I’m down 30lbs this past month
Thanks! Some of us prefer and search for these type of JUST THE WORKOUT videos. No chatting, no life advice, no coachspeak. Again, thanks 😊
Exactly what I was thinking!
