Four new California laws businesses should know about for 2025

There are a number of new California laws that will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2025. Here is information on four of them that directly impact businesses and employees. Sounds pretty silly to post a job opening for a DRIVING position but not require asking if the new hire has a drivers license. Kinda seems like you need that... did we really pay state legislature to make this rule?
