You was jailbroken on ios 9.3.3 before and now its not working?
I think you restarted your device and because of that its not working (because its a tethered jailbreak)
Just click on the pangu/25pp app and then press in the middle, wait a few seconds and then press the power button to sleep your device, after 2-3 seconds you will get a notification, swipe right and wait.
