Thanks for this video. I legit just got my Yume X13 yesterday and my rear tire got flat after like 15 miles. Really annoying. I feel like it’s an inner tube issue since I didn’t see any holes in the tire and now especially since I saw how deformed yours is. Thanks for this video. I will use it when changing mine.
Hope it's helpful. You saw in my video where there was "stuff" in between the tire and inner tube? U might wanna make sure that is not the case for you as well.
Oh hell no, I just got done replacing my inner tube of my rear tire a few days ago and you either got a defective tube or they didnt place it correctly when they built yours. Good luck finding an inner tube for that scooter in any local store unless you live in a big city that has an electric scooter shop or something. I had to order mine online. I did the slime thing 1st too but after putting the slime in and and air I went to ride it home and thats when it completely blew before I ever got home where it wouldnt even hold air at all so I knew it had to be a tear and no longer a slow leak. That slime was a goddamn mess to have to deal with when changing the inner tube. It wasnt dry at all and was literally all over the inside & outside of the actual tire.. what a headache the whole repair was. I wouldnt recommend the slime though lol.
Yeah u closed the rim on a part of it from pinching it when u put the rim back together. You did fill up the tube halfway between after u put it in the tire but before u put the rim back together right? Cuz thats how u get the tube out of the way so as not to do that.
I think I read the yume X11 have no inner tube. I hope not! I tried changing a flat on the Hover 1 alpha and gave up! went and bought a whole motor wheel and tire setup. ordered a new inner tube form the other one but I'm going to try and take it to a shop to insatll it.
I keep riding in this construction area and getting flats as well. Mine came broken in early November and it’s less than a week until Christmas and it’s still sitting in my garage broken because Yume won’t stand behind their product. I’ve seen this happen before but I didn’t think it would happen to me but it did. If Yume does the same thing to you, please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, your state’s Attorney General’s office and your credit card company. If we let companies like Yume continue to take advantage of us and commit fraud, they’ll continue to do it. Take the time and fill out the proper paperwork and maybe in the future, companies like Yume will stop stealing from unsuspecting, hard working Americans like you and myself
At first, I thought I had a bad battery, but it turned out that the battery needed to be "trained". I rode it 'til it drained down then charged it and never had an issue again.
@@timdiggitty7064 okay. I will listen again. I don't think you mentioned brand name but you did say you have some liquid you gonna put inside tube. Thanks anyway.

I had the NanRobot before this 1 but it was stolen off of my property 1 night. It was a 2000w and I thought that this Yume being a 2400w would be even more powerful but I was disappointed to find that it isnt more powerful than the NanRobot 😔

next time use the new formula SLIME 2-1 premium sealant I have it in all 6 of my scooters, and it is guaranteed for 2 years.. my 11-inch tires I use 8oz, and in my 10 i use 6 oz had plenty of objects stuck in my tires and not a single , flat or seep...
Christian Gray. I was thinking that way. I will most likely go that route. I was trying to see if you could out a tubeless tire on the 2-piece wheels. Either way, I have a X7 on the way so the upgraded tires will have to wait for a bit.
Tim your information is amazing and I love your videos I know there helping a lot of people cause they definetly are helping me👍
Thank you

I actually found it on Amazon!
Pro Tip: Leave Bottles in sun for 10 min or warm water for 5. Makes it more fluidic, without using any liquids as a medium. Peace ✌️
gonna try that

The Y10 and X7 have inner tubes with wheels that are two pieces. Not sure about the X11 though
Is there a seat for the yume y10?
I believe that you can order one. I do not have a seat.
What Size inner tube
Ive had 4 flats in 2 month

What problem did you have with the battery?
At first, I thought I had a bad battery, but it turned out that the battery needed to be "trained". I rode it 'til it drained down then charged it and never had an issue again.
There's a liquid you can buy an pour it into your tire tube to seal and stop any puncture to happen in future.
I have that now. I used it when I fixed the flat. Thanks.
@@timdiggitty7064 what's the brand name please

You didn’t set the psi right at the beginning.
What psi do you fill it up to?
I believe I fill up to 50psi. It's on the tire just in case I'm wrong.

Yes. The YUME has a gradual start. you're not burning rubber on it. That's partly why I like it. Would prob kill myself otherwise.

Tubes are a complete nightmare..you'll be replacing them every other ride..spend a little more and get tubeless tires
solid tires the best way to go. their not as bad as people think they are
Joey. I have a Hiboy S2 with solid tires. they are ok but I think I will stick with pneumatic for now.

@@timdiggitty7064 solid tires are heavy and slippery. they will also cause more strain on the motor and it will be slower..
do you know what size solid tire i should get for the y10?
Slime doesn't work with tubes only tubeless according to what I've been told
I found that out. It does, but my hole was on the side and I had Debra in my wheel from the factory.

NANROBOT deck is much bigger than the YUME.
So is the price. lol
I cannot undue the Alan bolts that hold that side plate on. Fk meeee
They are "soft". You can try some vice grips as last resort
