I was going to call and say I didn't want to be in that, but then there was an article about Blackrock and something to do with loans and borrowing money. It makes me uneasy. My kid is on Wall Street and knows what is going on and says stay with it for the money. Most jurisdictions deny convicted criminals specific rights rather than all civil and constitutional rights. The rights most often curtailed include the right to vote and hold public office, employment rights, domestic rights, and financial and contractual rights. State statutes and local ordinances are the traditional means for abridging the rights of convicted criminals. Alaska statutes currently suspend the civil rights of criminals sentenced to the State penitentiary during their prison and parole terms.

Last I checked the president who started dismantling tariffs in the US was Ronald Reagan, and lefties still hate him.
Tariffs were actually the primary means of funding the US government until Woodrow Wilson came up with the income tax, reason 586 to hate Woodrow Wilson by the way.
Tariffs don't cause inflation. Inflation is devaluation of the dollar, which is caused by central bank policy. Trump has promised to lower the interest rate... THAT is the big lever that increases inflation. When the Reagan administration halted the 1970s inflation, the way they did that was by cranking the interest rate up to a horrible level. People hated it, but it fixed the problem, and satisfaction with the economy was through the roof after the first term. I fear Trump supporters are expecting that result to come from his policy of doing the opposite.
Don’t forget. He’s also the oldest president now. I hope he’s reminded of that daily.
