I sold mine 3 months ago. It was a great car. I purchased a 2023 2lt red mist metallic htc.
Love the convertible and Red Mist is a great color. It took a while to grow on me but now I love it.
If I had the garage space I'd make it mine. Hopefully the new owner will show it the same love.

Nice ride, I had a C6 GS coupe with 6 speed manual myself, similar mods, mine was a loaded up 4LT with pretty much every option. Funny thing, now I have a C7 ZO6/ZO7 7 speed manual, Blade Silver with 2 tone Red/Black interior, mods for about 120-130hp over stock. I was on the C8 ZO6 list, but have since dropped off for a couple reasons, first the dealer markups and difficulty even getting one, and second because it's more race car than street car, with the Gas Guzzler tax and all. I think maybe the E-Ray is more suitable for me, since I don't plan on any more Track days, maybe only Autocrosses. Good luck on the C7Z search, great car, you'll love it.
Hi, Thomas!! I agree with you. I was on the C8 Z list and moved to the E-Ray list. Mainly because I figured it’d be years until my number came up for it. I’m supposed to be at MSRP but we’ll see!!
I love the color of your Z06, that’s a great color. My C7 Z06 is manual too. Only way to go for me.

This is the local dealership where I got my 2022 HTC. They sold 8 C8s in 2022.
Their is some type of formula as to how they earn opportunities at ZO6 allocations.
It’s based upon the number of 3LTs they sell. Then there is some competition between the dealerships within the sales districts to earn the allocations. (Sounds very complicated!)
There were 4 people in front of me. One got a ZO6, one has an allocation, one dropped off the list, one is in front of me.
So, currently, I have a guy waiting for the next allocation, whenever that may come through? Then I wait for an allocation!
I got contacted by my salesperson to draw up an order for an ERAY, which we did. But, since I was #2 “now” on the ZO6 LIST, I gave up my ERAY #1 position I favor of staying on the ZO6 List.
I didn’t want to tie up cash on 2 C8s and need to Flip the ERAY if the ZO6 Allocation came through.
I plan to keep the Stingray if at all possible…

Dynoed at 409 RWHP roughly equates to 481 at the crank. THAT ain't noth'n to sneeze at! P.P. S. 484 RWHP? THAT equates to 569 at the crank. THAT is just crazy bonkers. Does Tim have the original GS wheels? I'm glad you asked about the price. Hmmm 52k? There will be a buyer for it, I'm sure. I guess I missed it, but what year is his GS?
Last but not least, this was a great video Jason and I enjoyed every minute of it and I plan on doing a re-watch of it.

Thanks so much for asking. My "malady" if you will, keeps me in pain and after visiting 8 physicians, they have no idea what's going on. I'm not in pain when I'm sitting or lying down that goodness. But when vertical, it's off the charts. It's all spine related, I know that buy after numerous MRI's, I'm still a puzzle. I've had 6 epidurals injection in different locations which had no effect as to being a pain blocker.

This GS has been modified. It’s no base GS. It’ll smoke a base Z. But for me, it’s the color. I absolutely love it!

I had multiple offers. Sold in 1 day. A GS in this condition will bring mid $40s without any of the upgrades I have done. Prices have really changed especially in the past year on C6 wide body cars.
