This was a fun video Phil. I sent the link to a few friends as Christmas gift ideas. Kids get harder to shop for the older they get but there is no age limit on RCs. This one looks like a lot of fun and is a nice deal at $200 including batteries and all the spare parts. Good stuff man. PS I caught the little stab back when you hit the GPS buttons and shared the meme! HAHA! IYKYK!!
I have had mine for 3wks now! 2nd battery, I ran 51mph on radar! I absolutely love it! Going to beech, u are responsible for my purchase! THANK YOU FOR YOUR CHANNEL

That's the kind of content we need. BTW, I got this one, and others promoted by you and RC Discipline. Cheers, mate!
Man, it's so nice seeing someone else rocking the old school Casio! I have a pretty decent watch collection (omega, seiko, citizen, Dan Henry, g-shock, etc), but I picked up that Casio for probably 30 bucks and it is a timeless classic that always looks great. Badass to see it. The review was awesome, also. I just picked up the H14BM and Amoril 1/14 buggy, and they are an absolute blast

Great video. Lots of fun to watch. I have an H16BM that came with two 2S batteries. Quick little bugger and lots of fun. I got an Angry Snail 3S and oh my good God, it became ridiculous. Had to replace a shock due to a broken or lost bottom spring retainer, and now I need new tires lol. This thing is just too much fun. Love Hyper Go for the price point and the entertainment value!
I absolutely agree that this thing is more powerful than the design can really handle. When you've got as much play as everything in this drivetrain has it becomes really hard to control and it becomes more of a chore than fun.
Looks like the H14BM's ESC speed unlocking function stops working when you change the TX/RX electronics for example to a Dumbo RC X6FG. So it is pointless to order the E45K3 ESC as an "upgrade' for the V.2 if you have the Dumbo X6FG TX/RX.

Man, sand paddles with this kind of cars on sand is one of the funniest thing that ever existed in the rc world, I got an HBX 16890A with a 3S battery and man it was so fun !
Hey I wonder if the tires from the Baja desert racer model will fit this truggy. I also I wonder how those wheels effect performance between the two similar models
@Tomley RC Pleae clear this out , does the 14210 v2 with extra paddle tyres and black frame also come with the beast mode feature where you press the button 5 times and …
looks like yours is V1.2 ESC and transmitter. i got the V2.0 so the ESC is different and already "unlocked". the rear CVDs are not the chonky ones in the front but everything else seems the same.
I think the drive train has been improved quite a bit and so far it's pretty good and reliable after about 10 packs. However, the front lower arms and tie rod ends are a week point, they snapped quite easy, probably the reason why they supply in the box some spare front arm. It seems to be the plastic choice as once again if i compare it to HBX 16889 I NEVER broke one arm, but the drive train on that one is very week as off all HBX or FMS similar products. I'm referring to the bevel hear especially and also the diff internal parts which is some cast metal and its super soft and wear off prematurely.
I got the 2’s model not from Amazon but from a hobby shop. I understand the esc is 3’s compatable. However clicking the on button 5 times does nothing at all. Curious?
Mine should arrive today. Incredible deal given the extra parts two batteries and paddle tires. I think I spent like $170 after taxes and it was 4 day shipping from Amazon
I have a set of extra MJX 16208 tyres, will swop them onto this rig and see how it drives with them. Glad to know it uses a 3S L-ion pack, they are a lot easier to get in South Africa!
maybe u think the 14209 is that bouncy because of the tires or maybe ur unit is defective? cause as u said platform is the same and they also say it is
I’ve extended the wheelie bar on mine and locked the diffs seems to keep the front end down a little better. Great little trucks these are for the money.
This is very similar to the hbx 16890A, with the pedal tires included and this kind of stuff. But at the same time it's a bit better with more metal parts and the spare parts
Man with 1/12 tires ( on the smaller size , subotech 1513 tires specifically, you can barely keep the thing flying off the road. I RARWLY if almost never am able to reach full throttle more than a few seconds and it pops wheelies doin almost full speed at 75% throttle

@Tomley RC Pleae clear this out , does the 14210 v2 with extra paddle tyres and black frame also come with the beast mode feature where you press the button 5 times and …
Oh lordy... your resetting of the speed meter bit 😂😂😂 I had to watch it three times.
haha
looks like yours is V1.2 ESC and transmitter. i got the V2.0 so the ESC is different and already "unlocked". the rear CVDs are not the chonky ones in the front but everything else seems the same.
The way you handle those trucks I'd never let you drive or touch my RC car. No way 💋.
Ya be breaking my heart when I see ya bashing it and doing all the flips 😮💨
Hi! What LiPo 3S Did you use ( or recommend to use )in this car ? Thanks
I got a hyper go h16bm and its a beast on the included 2s batteries and its almost uncontrollable with a 3s on 100%. Its great.
Thank you for your show Please Don't be so hard on your self about the audio cut off Love the Hyper Go , I can't find one in stock Thanks again!!!!
Curious?
Hyper tough!! That little ripper is mad‼️👍👍🦾🦾🤘🤘
Yes 👌
The amount of full throttle landings this thing takes is amazing. No aarma is going to land full throttle 30 times and still be driving.
Yes, Insane how tough it is
So true ,an Xmax can't take this much abuse
Why would you throttle on landing?
@@POLITICALYCORRECTify Because he's trying to DESTROY IT 🤯🤣
Mine should arrive today. Incredible deal given the extra parts two batteries and paddle tires. I think I spent like $170 after taxes and it was 4 day shipping from Amazon
Yeah, it’s loaded up for sure!
3:45 "relatively waterproof, probably shouldn't submerge it though 🤔"
Tomley: takes it out the water 😂
haha
In it's rapid speed state. Awesome 😎
What an awesome little truck!! 💪🏻😎
I have a set of extra MJX 16208 tyres, will swop them onto this rig and see how it drives with them. Glad to know it uses a 3S L-ion pack, they are a lot easier to get in South Africa!
They are getting better and better with every new release
Yes, although this amount of power would be better in a bigger truck 👌
Brilliantly entertaining watch
Fun video. How do you make it turn in the air during the flips?
maybe u think the 14209 is that bouncy because of the tires or maybe ur unit is defective? cause as u said platform is the same and they also say it is
Is that crazy Funktion although working on the truck??
I’ve extended the wheelie bar on mine and locked the diffs seems to keep the front end down a little better. Great little trucks these are for the money.
Also added 20mm wheel extenders for an additional 40mm track on the car. Seems to stabilise it a bit better
This is very similar to the hbx 16890A, with the pedal tires included and this kind of stuff.
But at the same time it's a bit better with more metal parts and the spare parts
Thanks again for the vids, Phil. I can’t seem to find anything on programming the escs on these mjx cars. Is it even possible?
The arrow on the thumbnail to show people which way the wheel turns was genius!
Does this one cog really hard/grind gears when going forward/reverse?
Man with 1/12 tires ( on the smaller size , subotech 1513 tires specifically, you can barely keep the thing flying off the road. I RARWLY if almost never am able to reach full throttle more than a few seconds and it pops wheelies doin almost full speed at 75% throttle
Where can I get the buggy body at 3:20 at...think it would look better.
9:14 Using off road tires.... What do you expect?
I'm loving it, and getting one in a couple days can't wait 😊
