May I ask and I hope you will respond to my question. Our neighbor erected a basketball court nearby our house and we were annoyed specially when some kids played past 8pm where in it is our relaxing time period. It is really near us and all dribbling and shouting is heard in all corners of our house. May I ask if that can be considered nuisance and what can we do in legal court if situation get worst?

Hi Atty! Question lang po regarding a private person having the ability to file an action. When we say “specifically injurious to himself, nangangahulugan po ba that there should be actual injury already or can it be on account of a potential hazard to the private person?
