I have this neighbor who is super noisy with his motorcycle. It's not the usual motorcycle, it's the bulok sounding one. He has been extra noisy ever since the pandemic started. He makes padyak + rigudon of the engine + tools falling noises for sometimes 4 to 6 hours a day, almost every other day for the past 2 and a half years. There have been instances where it lasted 12 hours! No joke. There were times when he was repairing his bulok motor at 2am in the morning. Their house is right in front of mine so we absorb everything... I work from home since the pandemic and his noise has affected my health and work. In the past 2 and a half years, sinuway ko na sya, pinakiusapan ko na, nasisigawan ko na, wala pa din. He will stop for a day or 2 then back to zero... I called the subdivision guard multiple times, nothing, I asked the HOA president to talk to him. nothing. I called the barangay, they asked me to talk to the HOA again. We have been suffering for years now. Last week, he was super noisy again, rigudon in the morning... he got into an argument with my wife and we got into a scuffle because he is super bastos when talking to my wife. He is also mayabang saying "Sa Barangay nlang kayo mag reklamo, wala silang magagawa sa akin". He was also flaunting that he was just 17 so he was trying to say that it was our fault for getting into a scuffle with him. We went to the Barangay, finally, and it turns out the guy is running a business already. Motorcycle repairs. No permit. It's a private subdivision. Also his parents are nowhere to be seen. Also, it seems he is barkada with some of the personnel in the barangay. Hence the yabang. The kagawad was trying to fix things with us but we decided to push through with a hearing with the lupon. Our hearing is scheduled on early August. I have had anxiety attacks because of this person and had to talk to a trauma coach to help with the anxiety.
how about neighbors talking late night?? we cannot sleep properly bcoz area bit close to us that's why we hear their noises their sitting outside laughing and talking?? we cannot sleep properly when they started it's twice they do.....
Sa amin may nagtayo ng restaurant tapos live band mula 4pm hanggang 12 am. Grabe po sa lakas ng tugtog kasi isang pader lang pagitan nila at bahay namin. Paano po kaya irereklamo? residential area po ito pero bahay namin ang pinaka affected
The law is slow 😂 We been suffering for disturbance iin our neighborhood, two particular neighbors that plays load music using amplifier which makes me stress and causing me mental health but then in the Philippines the law is slow 😂 and the barangay can't make there job properly cos it's relatives and they want to be nice for next election 😂😂 that's why no matter what the law is slow 😂😂
I totally agree with you. I share the same sentiments. We've been suffering as well for a long time now with the disturbance and nuisance of neighbors due to very loud music using amplifier or bass booster everyday, all day until night. We work graveyard shifts and they make it difficult for us to sleep during the day especially when work from home started due to the pandemic they are such a nuisance affecting our jobs...
Pwede ba sa isang subd na kahit anong oras ka magpatugtog ay pwede na nai pabarangay na sila ganun pa din gawain nila at nag sisigasigaan sa isang subd. Tanong ko lang ano oras ba ang tamang papatugtog sa isang subdivison?

I have a neighbour opposite me in a subdivision and they are about 45 feet away and have a swimming pool which when they use is very,very noisy,morning and afternoon upuntill sometimes 7pm.home owners association and baranguy cant do anything,even police called and they said no proticalls broken.and they are using it as a rented resort which is advertised on facebook.can you help please. Ps is there a law reguarding how far a pool should be from a neighbours house especially facing front of house? Many thanks keep safe.

The construction tools were used in the inappropriate time It still been going for weeks And haven't even tried to say something to us It's literally in our bedroom and it very annoying

Hindi mo naman pwede pakasuhan ang taong reklamador. Baka naman nakaka-perwisyo para sa kanya tahol ng aso. Sabi nga sa palabas, nuisance kapag apektado ang senses ng tao. Sa context mo, sense of hearing niya kasi naiingayan siya. Pag-usapan niyo nang maayos yung ganyan. Ikaw ang mag-adjust kung ikaw ang may alaga ng aso o kaya humingi ka ng tulong sa brgy kung ano pwede mong /ninyong gawin para mag-meet halfway.
