When it comes to renown, Chris nailed it, having kings/queens in your family and loading them up with all the garbage that accumulates in your inventory is the way to go. Also, you have a nice nest egg with a good income, definitely worth stalking and harassing renowned artisans and ADVENTURERS into your court. Some of these renowned adventures can give you unique artifacts like the Holy Grail, or Ark of the Covenant and other items with massive modifiers. + worth looking into nicking some of the per-existing unique artifacts to give yourself some cool buffs. I hear the crown of Justinian, iron crown of Lombardy and other stuff is ripe for the picking. You can do this by fabricating claims on them and running a steal artifact scheme, or waging war for artifact claims.
To answer your question about times; I find when people want to do online events to gather the largest amount of North American and European participants, they do it on weekends. About 8pm GMT puts you in the late afternoon and midday for us North Americans. So Weekends around 8pm GMT is what I would recommend.

TBH I have never been much of a live stream watcher. I never watch twitch or yt live streams really. I guess I prefer the flexibility of a prerecorded video over the interactivity of a stream? That said, maybe I would make an exception for you Martin. 5 UK time is a bit challenging for me. 4-5 hours later at least would probably be better for me. Game stuff: I never start generating a lot of renown until I become an emperor. I make renown by granting kingdoms to my family members and then loading them up with as many court grandeur artifacts as I can. I will often actively seek out inspired artisans and lure them to my court with fabricate hook, kidnapping, or befriend schemes. Your vassals can use those artifacts to go way above their expected court grandeur and actually make quite a lot of renown that way, not to mention renown from the artifacts themselves. This works particularly well for smaller kingdoms because their expected grandeur values are lower. Artifacts with high grandeur and a renown multiplier are the absolute best but even crappy goblets can have a use this way. Gaining Journaller from a medicine focus event was a nice pickup but maybe you should leave learning now? If you go all the way to Whole of Body that will delay my ascension to the throne!😈 Also dang, I am impressed with the pursuit kills from that one battle. I've never had such high pursuit values in my army.
4 might work for Europeans but any later and they will all be in bed. Tricky isn't it? The pursuit is very impressive. Basically win any war if you can win the first battle or so. I am looking forward to levelling the army up more and more though.
You're in high medieval now, definitely worth going after heraldry + level 4 crown authority to give yourself primogeniture. (House seniority + select heir interaction means you can choose any child to take all your titles) ((Your choice to give your liege forced partition will bite you in the back if you do this though.))
It would be good to have a free choice as to which of my kids to give the crown to. I will have to have a look at the forced partition thing more carefully.
10:30 Note: your Konni got the kill count only because they were quick at it. If the konni didn't exist, the other MaA would've gotten the kills instead. (At the end of that battle, there was only one tick of the pursuit phase, so even if there were no konni, there would've been more ticks and the rest of the MaA would've gotten a majority of them. + don't discount the fact that normal cav would've done a good number as well, so you should keep that in mind as a comparison to konni, instead of isolating that number.)
When it comes to the HRE, don't discount those heavy cav, they are probably special MaA similar to your konni, and if they are buffed with proper buildings + acclaimed knight, they will do double triples on your armies. You will have to go extra hard on your pikemen to counter them.
I maybe wrong but I think that is only available to tribal leaders. However, I will check when I am next in game. The other problem is that I have to be careful not to form kingdoms before I am an emperor otherwise I could lose them on succession.
So not really anything of import, but I noticed that you kept a bastard child with the stupid trait in your court. This can cause people in your court to have affairs with her and proliferate this trait in your court. Just worth considering when deciding to keep them around.

Aren't they great? OK in the main battle and obviously they counter archers as normal but, in the pursuit phase, they are monsters.
