I have a question can you use a famous paninting as a youtube banner?
You say what to do but where do I check this?
What if I bought downloadable image for a logo at normal price on Etsy? I asked the seller if I could use it for a brand logo before buying it. They said yes and that I could buy it at normal price. Is that good enough? I obviously have the conversation on Etsy saved and printed out.

How to know if it is in the public domain?
Can I use photos available in an app such a Pic Collage in my website? It does not say anywhere that can’t be used? Anyone have any idea? The guy in the video is not responding much isn’t he?
So im confused im trying to make a thumbnail is it alright to use images from a show or anime and crop them out
hello,
just to be on the clear, royalty-free getty images don't need attribution in youtube videos, right?
can i use image from google images for thumbnail?
Pretty sure you can but it will be demonetized
Always check the licenses for the images you choose.
What if we use the image online for music, and beats?
That is literally why im here
@@asagirigen8025 same 😂
What about using old photos found on Google, let's say pre-1920?
Those are probably in the public domain. But better look in the public domain websites to be sure.
What if it’s for non commercial use. Just for educational purposes?
If i create a image with AI and tweak the settings. Then i really like it and sell it online. Can anyone steal the artwork?
I have shoot some educative videos for my UA-cam channel. I am wondering since they are educative videos can I use photos from the google.
So at what point is it your creation, I take a picture of New York early 2000s I find online and I draw a post apcoloptic New York use that image as inspiration. Is that stealing?
Big thanks to you for that useful information! 👍👍 I wonder, big media sites have the right to use rss feed content 1:1 many doing it and not got one google or copyright sue from the owners.
But I not have this right - is this democratic? Ok, I must ask you can I use the image from import rss feed to doing content curation, or only a part of it, or must I twist the image a little bit (color, brightness, mix with another image, etc, etc) to have the right to use it ? Only for content curation the right way- means linking back to the origin source.
What is with embedding youtube videos in my website and write about it - with link back to the origin? Or with all, rss feeds import, do I need always first the permission of the image/ video creator?
what if i were to use small parts of several images to create a youtube thumbnail? Example: if i took say the body from a body builder photo, the head of a video game character, horns from a random demon, fangs from a random pair of teeth, and my own created background, and put them all together would that be fair use?
As long as you use free images with a creative commons license or in the public domain, YE!
Bro can you make anime tsirt design and explain about how to avoid copyright © cause in the case of anime copyrights are the major issue
What about going on google and using them in thumbnails?
Not a good idea
@BeautyByErika if you do that, then yes
Can I draw a copyrighted image to use as an example of methods to draw on a tutorial I would upload on my art channel without getting permission from original photographers?
Im not a pro on this but I would make sure to do your best to contact them to get permission and credit the original owner when doing so.
Just use free images.
Hi Visme. How do I find the contact to the owner of the gif? I can’t find them
Depends where you found the GIF!
It all sounds good, but what buttons do I press on Google???
I made a card game with Lord of the Rings movie screenshots on the cards. It's for personal use and I made all of it myself (besides screenshots of course). I'm wondering if it's something can own?
Do I commit copyright if I use part of the image by cutting it out and then use it on my next photo manipulation project? I saw many people using it or showing tutorial on youtube?
1:15 "Was the idea for the design your own idea?" What does this mean?
Also what if I create my own and different art from a logo like youtube logo to sell more merch?
I have the same dilema
I guess it means NO ONE ON EARTH can use a ❤️ for commercial use on a t-shirt Or anything, because apparently WE didn't create or come up with the idea or the heart or what the heart picture looks like.
And, We can't use a star either because we didn't invent that image...and so on ...😑😤so rediculous and yes, as someone else said on another comment....it's made so rediculously and unnecessarily difficult. 😑😑😑😤😤
How i proceed wen i need a pic of a artist or a game etc for a design project? (Ex: site )
If I were to use a photo of a celebrity that's easily obtained on Google and printed it on a t shirt for sale, is that considered not fair use? Alot of them it's hard to find the original source as there's so many of that same image
If I draw a febreze bottle will it get copyrighted?
hello brother I just have a question, I used a photo on a site which is pixiv net and I uploaded it on my youtube and then all I did was copy and paste the url of the photo into my video, can't that be copyrighted?
If the photo was free to use, then you're good to go.
