All this is great information. I'll be 35 next month and I've dealt with 2 ectopics. Both were treated with multiple doses of MTX. I grew up in a family of farmers at a village in India, always eaten a lot of fruits and veggies, been a vegetarian, used as minimal plastics as practically possible in today's world, and always been so aware of my health. Everyone around me is getting pregnant and those people don't even think twice what they're eating!

I'd love for you to do a video addressing Burn Pit exposure in the Iraq/Afghanistan war and the possible links to increased infertility and miscarriages. My husband in an OIF vet that is on the burn pit registry. I'm 35, had a missed miscarriage in Dec 2021 and just had my second miscarriage a few weeks ago (March 2023). My OBGYN won't perform a work up on me until I suffer a 3rd miscarriage, so we are currently in that awful limbo phase. IVF isn't an option for us either, as it is $40,000 a round. Trying to get information from the VA is like herding cats, so curious to see what your thoughts are regarding the burn pits.

I've been asked to take CoQ10 supplements but there's so much information out there. Dr. Amy please can you make a video to explain the different types of CoQ10 that can be taken and the dosages to take for improving female/male fertility?
