    I love the food in Louisiana. However, the crawfish is not my cup of tea lol. Great information and facts on boudins. I love Deannies, I go there often :). I need to try some King cake for sure. Everything is yummy yum yummy. I can eat shrimp all day as well !!!!! Great job and thanks so much for sharing :).

    Boudin didn't originate in Nova Scotia infact no food in Louisiana originated in Nova Scotia or comes from the Cajuns.

      @Travel Adventures with Eric B a lot of food people give credit to European culture didn't originate in Europe, same with food in Louisiana. We give Cajuns way too much credit for food, ect, they didn't create.
