Really loved the subplot of the history between Scorpion and JJJ it added some depth and emotion to both chatacters but with the inclusion of Daredevil and Karen took too much focus off of Spidey and his journey of not just being a loner but starting over with Gwen and Harry
I really like the Jonah backstory stuff but I feel like the family dinner up to when he meets scorpion should be the opening scene and the rest of the flashbacks can be spread out through the movie.

I really enjoy Spider Man What Ifs. Spider Man is one of my top favorite superheroes. For your next What Ifs, here are some ideas: 1) What if Thanos invades Asgard in Thor: Ragnarok 2) What if the Guardians of the Galaxy are in Thor: Ragnarok 3) What if Thanos sacrifices Nebula instead of Gamora for the Soul Stone 4) What if the Guardians of the Galaxy are in Captain America: Civil War 5) What if Gamora survives the sacrifice for the Soul Stone in Avengers: Infinity War 6) What if Peter Quill survives the Snap in Avengers: Infinity War 7) What if Peter Quill snaps in Avengers: Endgame
Karen betraying Matt wasn't something I expected and Peter becoming a reporter on top of a photographer felt odd to me I get it but it feels unrealistic
Norman is hard to be in the mcu spiderman 5 because before norman even become the ultimate green goblin peter will already know that norman is the villain + maybe kraven should be in spiderman 5 and if spiderman 5 still use the home title maybe is should be spiderman the hunted home but if it without the home title maybe is spiderman the hunt and symbiote should bonds with peter in the avengers secret wars
I also think they should do something different with the name. I hope aswell that they make tom hollands spidey more like ps4 spidey, now that he has his own apartment, and since Michelle jones is out of the picture they could find an actor who looks like ps4 mary jane. Of course I dont want everything copied but I just would love to see a movie adaptation close to the likes of ps4 pete. Edit: To add onto this point. It would also make it easier to introduce a miles morales into the story, they do need more better heroes now that the avengers are gone. and we did see the prowler or uncle aaron in homecoming. who I presume is still alive, so I feel it would be able to have that emotional momment at one point with uncle aaron revealing to be the prowler eventually. (this is the idea for the 5th movie btw, I hope the first movie is just pete first. then in the 5th movie we get introduced to miles and the prowler. or maybe miles in a end credits scene) this is my prediction and hopes.
It would be fun to see a What If Kang escaped the Quantum Realm video and have him stuck in the main MCU universe and have to build his suit from scratch because of it being damaged by the giant smart ants

Antony Starr seems to be in the fan casting of a lot of supervillains these days first Thawne, now Osborn.
