- Tucked into a 1926 co-op in Chicago, this three-bedroom, 18,000-square-foot apartment first charmed Devin Kirk when he saw it on TV. As Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn fought over the enviable space in the 2006 rom-com The Break-Up, the designer marveled at its barrel-vaulted entryway, high ceilings, and great proportions. Fourteen years later, Kirk, his husband, Chad, and their five-year-old son, Harry, moved into the space. Kirk tricked it out with tons of goods from Jayson Home (where he is the VP of merchandising) as well as a personal collection of sentimental pieces and vintage.

Well I guess I’ll get shopping! Just need about 150K then I’m off🤣🤣🤣🤣
I didn't appreciate that this is more an advertisement of items from a store rather than a tour of a home.
I can get that first ‘linen’ lampshade in ikea for $1150 less. I couldn’t tell the difference if it was made from paper or linen or handmade in Bali.🤪
On top of it, I bet- the artisan in Bali got paid 10 bucks for it at most.
Well curated, and appreciate that it still feels like a home. At these price points, however, I would expect less mass produced looking pieces.
Looks like it’s a beautiful family living in a very beautiful apartment. Congrats gentlemen !
What a gorgeous home. Your son is too adorable. Now there are pieces one can duplicate when buying items for your home as these prices were astronomically expensive. Great inspiration, thanks for sharing.
Beautiful
No kitchen? Oh well. Beautiful space.
Love your place.. just out of curiosity house beautiful do you ever show houses done with resale shop stuff. Thrift finds.. I'm just curious because what you show is not for the average shopper.. this video I'm looking at the man Payed. $600 for a wicker mini table. Sorry you could probably find that at a resale shop for like 25 to $50.. thrift store finds.. house sales..come on house beautiful show some of those what you can do on a budget places.. people do it all the time.. no it's your turn to do it
So this is an ad for Jason home.
that anemic bench that is way too wide by that wicker overpriced table was HOW MUCH? the house if full of generic stuff that company he works for produces in mass production. except for some interesting cups inside that hidden bar and a cool lamp in kid's room, house is full of "stuff" and feels stuffy. i m glad they love the place and the kid's room is a fun place but to make a whole show of it, sorry...not for me
Sponsored by Jaysons home and it don’t come cheap. 🙄 still nice place though.
How tacky - to live in a place, furnish it mostly with pieces from you work place and indicate the price tags for them...A home should reflect or feature personal taste, not just a single company's over-priced furnishings. Maybe this is a mock showroom which would explain its blandness and lack of originality.
Ehh! Its okay. Doesn't thrill me!
So Jayson Home is an overpriced brand, got it 👍
I would describe his taste as…blah/boring.
None of the furniture is attractive. God the price!!!!!!!
It’s nothing to brag about. My least admirable home decorating video.
