The song has GOTTA be Coconuts right?
Still searching for the correct guess for the songgggg 👀
My UA-cam was RUDE and didn't send an immediate notification! Good thing I know the schedule!
Dont be fooled by some small businesses, there are many that are just dropshippers, which again you do you but most exploit their prices. So i personally dont count those a small business, for me its about craftmanship and handmade products.
the last dress is actually from a Russian brand and it's very common for smaller Russian companies to communicate through WhatsApp and wire transfers are much easier there as well, so it's a common practice too. It doesn't mean that you don't have to check reviews first as any of those IG ads might end up being a scam 😬😬
I know it must suck to have to critique small businesses but I think its super important to let people know if an items itchy, specially if you're paying a lot and then can't wear it so thank you for your honesty!
The issue with inclusive sizing for small businesses is that people will get mad if different sizes are differently priced, but a 3x would take significantly more time and materials to create. You can't win as a small business
The heart bags are not really my personal style, but the craftsmanship on them is STUNNING!!
OMG! Thank you so much for sharing about our nails on here! Your support means the world to us and we hope you have been loving your new manicure -- they look amazing on you 🥰🫶🏻
as a small business owner, i always include a personal note that ive hand signed in every order. however, the note includes an ingredients list and care instructions. so its a good way to personalize it but also have it be essential to the items recieved

I always love the notes and postcards by small creators. I can't often afford to buy them, but when I do, I save the cards in my journal and write what I bought from them, how much it cost, how much I like it, and more. Some brands have such gorgeous art that I frame the postcard and use it on my wall in my art room as inspiration. If you ever have an excess of those little cards, you can always donate them to a scrap store. There are many art scrap stores and charities that focus on reduse, reuse, and recycle.
I like the idea of the personal note imprinted on the box lid on the bottom or something, so its not an extra peice of paper that will get thrown out, but still has that sweet surprise touch to it
As a small business owner in the UK you give me hope that there are people that appreciate us and will pay our prices. It's a real struggle being told you are too expensive even though you don't actually make that much per item 😅
The ruffle finish on the shorts set is called a lettuce edge hem. It's done on lighter weight knits by stretching the fabric while serging the edge. When you let go of the fabric it ruffles and curls. Back in the 1970s my grandmother taught me to do this using a zigzag stitch on her Singer Touch & Sew machine. It worked beautifully on that trendy double knit polyester, hahaha. It works really well on poly/cotton knits and stretch panne velour, too. I've seen the finish on sweaters occasionally and on bias cut ruffles. There are tutorials for the lettuce edge here on UA-cam.
I actually learnt a fun nail application hack from my friend. I'm allergic to alcohol wipes but dipping them in diluted white vinegar works. I've used it for pressons and nail wraps; it works really well.
Personally I love the little notes left in my orders from small businesses, it makes it feel so much more personal!
The ruffles hem is called a lettuce hem and its basically done by stretching a knit edge and sewind the edge with a satin/short zigzag stitch! There are lots of good tutorials on youtube
I love that its so universal that anytime people get their nails done we just start tapping on EVERYTHING
I love these types of videos because I also get enticed by the same instagram ads, AND I get to live vicariously through Mia actually buying the products ✨️
