Yo I’ve had neck problems for over 10 years after racing dirt bikes and never really working out my shoulders. This year I’ve been doing the bare minimum as far as exercising my shoulders/traps and slowly over a couple months my neck is handling the day to day activities waaaaay better. I’ve had a lot less neck spasms leading to a knotted up neck and a head aches! Just find the exercises that help you and don’t do too much to make yourself sore. Just slowly stack the progress! Good luck!
