Congratulations on your success. Those dollies look like the in the ditch dollies i used. Hada set of the 5k's. Even with the aluminum cross bars still put a diesel excursion on those suckers. Just had to repack the bearings the next day, they were bowed out pretty good
Collins Dollies seem way better from what I’ve seen on another UA-cam channel. They test the the crap outta them on the channel. Didn’t overheat or bow from what I remember. Had a dump truck on em..
@Shawn Smith nice, i had a cheaper set of the collins. They were ok for small stuff but nothing over a honda pilot size. But then again they were 20 years old then, and that was almost 20 years ago. Equipment doesnt really change, just better and stronger designs.
The BEST repo story was the one many years ago in New York City where a tow truck driver was following a car that he needed to repossess. When the woman stops for a red-light the tow truck driver pulls in front of her and proceeds to hook up the car. He then gets out of the truck walks up to the car she's screaming and yelling at the tow truck driver he reaches in rips her out of the car by her hair and her arm throws her on the ground and proceeds to drive off with the car. By the time the police got done with this tow truck driver he was up on a slew of charges including kidnapping. When you snatch your car with a toddler in the backseat regardless of who you are that is kidnapping.
You will be getting very busy. My advise as a small business owner is to stay small. Even if you get real busy it doesn't last. More headaches and stress. Thanks for your videos

I'm completely ignorant on the subject, but wouldn't this be quicker with those flat bed style tows? I don't know if I'd be practical for you with such a tow truck, but seems to me a quicker way to GTFO. Unless it's harder with the flat bed to manouver into places where you need to recover the cars.
Be careful with titlemax a lot are passed through the ringer with every repo agency a lot of skip work if you have skip experience good for you if not I can teach you some basics
@@JCKDTV Definitely what databases are you using? At least tag data is easier to get in Delaware Maryland not so much you will be running a lot of tags on titlemax stuff lol
Titlemax is bullshit. I repossessed for title max for 3 months. Over 300 repossessions on repo systems. Only picked up 6 total. We have totally got out of the repossession business. Strictly towing and recovery.
AND BY "STASH AND GRAB" WE HAVE LOCATIONS WITH SPOTTERS TO STAY WITH VEHICLES WHILE WE COVER ENTIRE AREA BEFORE LEAVING THAT ZONE

Never never never stash cars you are asking for all kinds of problems also be careful direct dropping to iaa for titlemax
thats only in a pinch if necessary but of course we have a spotter who stays with them all times-waiting to pick up
@@JCKDTV Definitely don’t leave them unattended with Alpr etc it’s easy to get a stashed car taken from you hard to explain to the lender 😂
