    Have more than one pair of running shoes. Have a running shoe rotation. It decreases injuries by 39%.

    I’m 5’5 205 and I train like a bodybuilder. I have been running for the last 3 months. I have a 1.5 mile test coming up and I need help/ advice

    Appreciate this! I just did a marathon and I'm training for Ironman. I'm 6'2 210lbs, I used to be big into lifting.

      @@ChrisColwillYT Your tip about running slow (like zone two slow) is sooo underrated. It changed my whole relationship with running. I was hating it at first when I was running as fast as I could all the time.
