where did you record this? i used to live in west chicago so it was very surprising seeing a cop car from there in a random random youtube video
These poor cops in some training (or their hotel for some training) watching this kid record their cars, not a care in the world. That Metra cop needs to learn how to park...Wtf is that UNMARKED charger with a rooftop lightbar, crazy!
