Glad to hear other Americans loving my adopted country! I moved here 35 years ago with my French husband. Our teenage daughters weren't so happy at first, but the 5 year old became instantly French.
Thank you both. This is my favorite food video of yours so far! Not only did you tell us about dishes we needed to try, but you named a few of your favorite places for getting them and included the arrondissements. That was so helpful. It was fun to see soufflés among your suggested dishes - not something I usually get during my annual visits to Paris. Now you’ve inspired me!
Amazing Guide from you. As a French Parisian, my head was nodding all the time. Bravo to include different spot for each dish, and giving a heads up to other part of our country. Yes Paris is a part of all France and most delight food came from our Region . Your guides are perfect, the best way for your followers to have a séjour with us :) Merci
I’m 47 and live in Atlanta after moving from NYC. I LOVE your channel! I’ve been to Paris twice and loved it so much! I can live vicariously through you guys with my glass of wine at home. ☺️🇫🇷 🍷 ❤
We go to Le Soufflé every time we are in Paris. And we are coming back in December and I already have our reservation. It’s one restaurant not to be missed. I was thrilled to see it on your list.
One excuse to go back... But honestly... Paris is one of those "unlimited" cities... there will always be a reason to go back... for those of us who admire beauty, Paris is like a wonderland... 😍😍😍
You know it's great food when Colleen delicately licks her fingers and Antoine goes into Maestro Mode with his knife and fork! I will definitely add a few of these to my list of "Must Do"! Thank you Colleen and Antoine for showing us around Paris!
I cannot wait to get to Paris in October & all of your videos have helped fuel my excitement! I had completely forgotten about soufflés so that has been added to my list of “must haves” while visiting. Merci Colleen et Antoine!
Last year in Sept and Oct. my wife and I spent 7 weeks in France and of that 11 days in Paris. Watched almost all of your videos and they were EXTREMELY helpful and informative. Can't wait to come back. I highly recommend your VLOGS too anyone planning a trip to France. Thank you so much and keep up the great work.
Honestly as a French, the food's choice totally makes sense. Quite Parisian but with some space for some more regional food like "boeuf bourguignon" or "plateau de fruit de mer". You guys know your subject :)
Great video! Love that you’re both so classy AND adventurous diners! I, too, LOVE bone marrow, duck, soufflés, and fresh, exotic seafood (like sea urchin)! Thankfully, my sister lives in Paris, so I plan on calling in a bunch of favors and having her family treat me to all those places in your video!!!

Fun video! We were just there and only had time to scratch the surface on the Paris food scene. There’s so much more to try. I know ya’ll focus a lot on French cuisine, but how about a video on different ethnic foods? When we were there, we had amazing Thai, Korean, and Indian food. Paris has such wonderful variety in terms of the types of food you can try.
Watching your vids since we booked Olympic tickets 9 months ago, made our last 5 days in Paris run(125k steps) smooth as silk. Boy! I'm heading to Paris next year and can't wait to try these food. Looks amazing. I think I'm most wanting to try the bone marrow and the beef bourginon.
I loved France. I had the best cannoli of my life in Rouen. It was funny, because here in the US, my cousin-in-law made a cannoli filled with Cool Whip. Every person with just a fraction of Italian in them laughs, and asks "what the hell is wrong with them!?" Anyway, I tried to tell that story to a local in Rouen, but Cool Whip is not sold in France, so between my broken French, there was no way I could translate the story correctly. lol
Love your content… do you have a video covering buffets or all you can eat restaurants in Paris as this would be a great opportunity to sample difference French foods and desserts without breaking the bank for a group/ family
All you can eat restaurants are mainly Asian restaurants in Paris and around. The absolute must see in your case is "Les Grands Buffets", located in Narbonne. You might find videos on UA-cam about this paradis
You two are absolutely wonderful! I’ve taken notes of everything you’ve shared. Not putting into my itinerary. Hopefully I can space everything by arrondissements. Cheers!!!
I love your videos and I’m so please about your channels growth. I have watched all your videos, some many times. I don’t have time to go back through all your food videos. Have you been to Bouillon Chartier? It’s supposed to be good quality and affordable. If you’ve already filmed it I’d like to know which video it’s in so I can revisit it. Thanks 🙏
I would love to just follow you two around Paris like a puppy dog. You are the walking encyclopedia of Paris. I have been planning my nest trip around your advice. Merci 😘 My Oma from Germany use to make bone marrow and head cheese and it was heaven. People think it's gross like Steak Tartare (Hackepater), but they have no idea what they are missing.
We love this video and want to try some of these for our next trip. Do you guys have a street food favorite list? We have been reading about this thing called French Tacos? Thank you for sharing these videos ❤🇫🇷
We've done a lot of videos on street food! As for the tacos.... they are definitely not American or Mexican style! We should do a video on American street foods the way French culture serves them 🤪
Duck! Yes. I had Duck Confit at La Chaumière Paris Ile Saint Louis and it was wonderful. I'd only tried duck once in the US and it was completely forgettable... because i can't recall what I was that I ate. (Also, there's Pâtisserie Tourbillon near by and they have some wonderful pastries. They're pricy, but very good).

I live in California and it is sometimes very hard to find frisée here in my area of Southern California or I would be making this all the time…also the chocolate soufflé at le Soufflé is fantastic but we were told as we ordered our entree that in order to have it for dessert, we would have to order in immediately as it is freshly made upon request…it was worth it!!! (and actually restaurant was just down the street from our hotel so guess what we ordered frequently? 🤭
I’m learning lots of tips from your videos. We’re traveling to Paris in September, do you have recommendations on traveling with food allergies? My daughter is severely allergic to peanuts some tree nuts and shellfish. Thanks ahead!
Restaurants here take allergies very seriously. I suggest you use Google Translate and screenshot a message about the allergy that you can show the waiters. I don't have more info than that.

So, is Chantilly just another term for whipped cream? Or does it mean sweetened whipped cream? Or something else entirely? 🤔
Chantilly is like whipped cream, but with a light vanilla sweetener
