I want to thank you for your superb videos. My husband and I traveled to Paris just a few weeks ago from Florida. It was our first trip to Europe and your videos made such a difference in our experience. From the RER to the Metro and how to enjoy the food it helped us tremendously. I can honestly say it was the best way to celebrate my 62nd birthday! Merci
Husband was not enthused about visiting Paris until he found your channel. Then when we watched this video, within hours, we booked a trip to Paris to be there during the Christmas markets. Just bought your Paris guide. Please continue making these videos. They are so helpful!
Even after 1-2 trips to Paris every year since the mid-90s, I know how little I’ve scratched the surface. Your videos delight with new discoveries for seasoned travelers and first time visitors alike. Some people binge watch Netflix, we’re glued to your channel!
My girlfriend and I were in Paris last week! Thank you for all of the great advice, it was all incredibly helpful. Also enjoyed all of the Christmas night markets! They are 100% worth it, I would suggest everyone visiting to allocate some time for these. It’s so easy to spend hours there just eating and hanging out.
Hi from Singapore! I just wanted to say that watching your videos makes me so excited to be going to Paris - my wife and I are flying to Paris in 4 days for our honeymoon and one of the biggest things for us is the food and Christmas markets! I enjoy every single one of your videos, so great job and keep it up 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Ooh, I love the Caramelised nuts. Delicious. Still not quite brave enough to try Escargots, it's a Battle in my Brain,." You're eating snails"? 😲. My sons enjoy the
We are in Paris now and visited places you recommended. So far our trip is super fun❤ Thank you very much for your wonderful guide. Now we are heading to Christmas Market. Merry Christmas to you
Hi guys, thanks for the video. The first time I was in Paris I looked around and everyone is thin. So am I so I felt right at home lol. I said to my friends everybody must be anorexic haha. The way they eat they should all be fat lol. When I am in Europe I walk everywhere. Sometimes 26 km a day. So I actually loose weight and trust me I don’t need to. The food there is to die for. Love it. People there are so nice and friendly. I look forward to next spring when I can go back. Anyways have a good one eh!😁🇨🇦
@@LesFrenchiesTravel you’re absolutely right about portion sizes. I completely forgot. I am a small eater and I can actually finish a meal lol. You know over here in North America the portions could feed a family of 4 lol. Watching your videos makes me excited about going back to France this spring. It’s been 4 yrs since I was there. Have a good one eh!😁🇨🇦
OMG…just got back from Paris a month ago. Your vlogs were an asset to view before I went. It was my fourth trip and I learn something new each time. Merry Christmas/Joyeux Noel from Canada 🇨🇦
We traveled to Paris in November after I studied your LesFrenchies guide & enjoyed ALL your videos Antoine & Colleen! What terrific advice! You guys are ROCK stars! M ERC I ! Babette
Thank you for our Saturday treat - fantastic! I’m dying to try that mashed potatoes/cheese dish, I have never thought of adding cheese into my mashed potatoes! You guys as per usual made my mood for the day! Merry Christmas to you and yours and thank you so much! 🎄🎅🏻🤶🏻
I visited Paris for 10 days in May 2013 and fell in love with it, which is why I enjoy your videos and other videos by people who walk the streets and show everyday life in Paris (like "A Walk In Paris" UA-cam channel). We stayed at a hotel just a block away from Moulin Rouge. My friend, who is from Parma, Italy, and I split our eating adventures between a few restaurants and the shops that sell all kinds of food to go. We were on a pretty tight budget, so we didn't eat fancy, but we were always satisfied and well-fed. We went to Disney Paris, took in a show at Moulin Rouge, enjoyed a dinner cruise on the Seine, went to the Parc de la Villette and the nearby Cité des sciences et de l'industrie, went to the top on the Eiffel Tower, walked through Notre Dame, went to the Basilica of Sacré Coeur de Montmartre and visited most of the tourist destinations, fountains and parks in the city. To this day I consider the stained glass dome at Galeries Lafayette to be the most beautiful man-made object that I have ever seen and I loved walking through all the levels of that store! One morning I was really missing the big American breakfasts that I love and my friend did an internet search and found a restaurant called "Breakfast In America" where we had eggs over-easy, pancakes, bacon and frequently refilled cups of coffee. This cured my temporary home-sickness! LOL! Watching your videos about food, I always say to myself, "How do they both not weight 400 lbs. each?" It's a tough job, and I'm glad you're doing it! I love visiting Paris once again vicariously through your videos! Thank you!
Ok, ok. You convinced me! I didn't think I'd want to come to Paris during Christmas: the crowds, the over-priced everything just because it's Christmas, jam-packed flights, long lines; but after THIS video I'm reconsidering my position. And as my hotel in October was diagonally across from the Hotel de Ville, I'm curious to return to the scene of the crime. Joyeux Noel Frenchies! Bonne Anee.
Starting Christmas Eve with Les Frenchies! You are so fun to watch! We have never been to Paris during Christmas, but after watching your video- we need to go! I had never heard of the je t’aime wall before. Fun to see you ! Joyeux noel!
Your videos are so easy to watch and your travel tips and insights are actually helpful! Thanks for taking some of the mysteries out of travel in Paris.
I’m originally from Maryland, but moved to England some 31 years ago, anyway, we used to eat raw oysters with lemon and cocktail sauce ( ketchup and raw horseradish). I wasn’t much on raw oysters, but I liked them steamed with drawn butter. Mind you, the state of Maryland used to do them in a stew ( more like a chowder), fried ( in breadcrumbs). The Paris Christmas market street food looks amazing! I’m going to Disneyland Paris beginning of December and I know it won’t compare to the food stalls in Paris, but I’m game and looking forward to try different Christmas foods. Thank you for sharing your vlogs with us, look forward to watching them all!
Your channel is great fun, I love learning new things about French food and Paris, since I lived the from 10 yrs old till - 26 yrs old, it has changed so much, street food was frowned upon and now it's a great joy to have a bite at every other xmas market. Bonne année et bonne santé. Bonne fêtes a tous . Paris Je t'aime.........
This weekend we did the markets at Hotel De Ville, Marche de Noel, La Defense, and Tuileries Gardens. Overall a fun experience for foodies, but for those that go to Christmas markets for crafted Christmas items, the markets in cities like Prague are MUCH better.
We absolutely love your videos. You cover very interesting places and topics and in a very clear and concise way. My husband and I love visiting France and wish we had seen your videos before our last trip. Thank you for all the great info.

Hey You Frenchies What is a Belgian Waffle? ;) At 6:48 that is a Liège waffle ( pieces of sugar baked in the dough). Normally you don't eat that waffle with cream sauce.... Belgian waffle with cream, sauce... is the Brussels waffle. Different kind of dough. Because you focus on food, this was some explanation.
I love this vlog the food is outrageous! Oh my gosh the crunch of the ham and melted cheese bagette sandwich is to DIE for! Most of the foods you sampled here are mouthwatering! The potatos with cheese and butter oh lordy. Why aren't these Parsians fat? Thanks for all these fun holiday tours. You're both so lucky and you married a Frenchman! What a great couple!! ☃️🎄

Amazing. I definitely am hungry after seeing that ham, onion, raclette sandwich. Love this and every other video. Have a happy and safe holiday. A suggestion for a topic: a street champagne tour. What is the different varieties available and for what price? Do they have a French version of tapas? Best value if you want to buy a bottle to go with your raclette sandwich and escargot?
