Everything Eric said was true! because I’m only 23 but marrying my husband opened my eyes to a lot! He has so many skills naturally that I admire, he is also in the technical field and he is self taught! He does not have any degrees, just SKILLS, determination and humility. There are very few 24 year old men out here making $140,000.(WITH NO DEBT). We also live simple, a home that fits the two of us, not spending unnecessary, and saving. But we also grew up together and came from very similar families, we were taught to work hard and work smart. And DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO, with what you have

My husband is an engineer as well.. He LOVES spreadsheets. But he's trained me so well that I do too! On a side note: In our household my husband handles the finances (paying bills, entering expenses into the spreadsheet, etc). However, we have meetings every 2 weeks where I look over the spreadsheet with him so I know exactly what we are spending, what's due, etc. It works for us.

I loved this video. Thanks so much for your humility and transparency. I would love to see more videos like this for the working class. It's so hard to stretch your money when you're an underpaid teacher. I love videos about how to grow wealth even if you're not making a fair salary. Teachers, cops, firefighters, etc....so underpaid. Thanks for helping.

This was a very informative video. I too am an educator, but thank goodness I continued in school and received a master's degree. That decision to continue with my studies made a big difference in my salary. Listen up young people. Make smart choices.

This was a great video!! Esp the importance of education. We live in a generation where everyone is all about quit your 9-5 and live off of hopes and dreams. This mindset has paralyzed our youth and quite frankly made them lazy and not go getters. No doubt self employment is a way for some but for some a solid education and stable job provides an amazing life when you work hard!! Loved it Erik please do more videos like this.

My husband does a spreadsheet for our finances as well. We received our education with pell grants and have been on food stamps. We save by not eating out but once or twice a month. I coupon and I have taught my husband the art of stockpiling when items are on sale. We stockpile our meat every other month in deep freezers and I plug it in with produce and couponing items. We have Prada and Christian Loubitins in our closet but we also have car titles...not car notes.

I completely agree with you Eric!!! Education is the key!!! I only have my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and I work for the city. I am not in my dream job because I made stupid choices when I was young. I wanted be a Registered Nurse. This is a great job that makes a very good salary. It’s too late for me now but i am constantly telling younger people to go to school for an actual career (lawyer, doctor, engineer, pharmacist, scientist, computer coding).

I went through the same thing when I was ordering my pizza over the phone and they charged me for two different locations. I called them to let them know that I was charged for the location that I didn't even order the pizza from. I think she put in the wrong like location and they told me that they didn't see it on their end but I told him I can see it on my end. I had to go up there to show them my textt in person so I can get my money back on my card.I will not be ordering my pizza on my card anymore . I will be giving them cash instead........ I really really ♥️watching you all channel. It's so refreshing, positive, educational & enjoyable to watch. I ♥️getting notifications. Thanks for sharing!
