I made Maggie’s food for several of her last years .I also bought supplements from Dr Dobias and added to Maggie’s food (Puggle) she lived to be 16.5 and was healthy until last 4 days when she passed..

did you publish or do a video on the Canadian raw food test results? what brands did you test?
I'm totally on board with the raw & freeze dried raw diet using some commercial brands and sometimes making my own as you do with all the appropriate fruits, veggies, some supplements, etc. But I've been curious about something ... there seems to be a trend for the carnivore diet (meat only, including organs) among some humans, so I'm curious why holistic vets don't think it would be appropriate for dogs considering they are descendents of wolves who were carnivores.
I have an extremely, and I don’t say that lightly, picky Shih Tzu. I’m constantly filled with anxiety bc, I know she not getting her minimum daily requirements. However, it’s NOT for lack of trying. I’ve tried different kibble, I’ve tried wet, kibble/wet, low sodium beef broth added to kibble, raw homemade, the list goes on. Sometimes she’ll try something and within days she’s refusing it, other times she gobbled up 1 meal and the next meal she’s refusing to eat it again, another thing she does is pick out the things she likes and spits out the undesired pieces.
My question is, do you have any ideas….my anxiety level it through the roof, I just want to provide the best diet possible for her, but I’m feeling so defeated, please help. 😞
I have a 70# Catahoula mix. He is one sweet pup, and I want to feed him as healthy as possible. I am on a tight budget, and have had to feed him kibble. I do get one with the least amounts of ingredients, as healthy as possible. My husband hunts and we have a freezer full of venison. I buy beef and chicken livers when I can. Is there a recipe that I could just take a look at, and how does one purchase taurine? Thank you so much!
Taurine is mostly needed only if your dog has heart issues or you COOK the foods.

My cat blood test shows normal we did all type of viruses test shows negative and my can’t walk or balance her self we did ct scan on her brain everything shows normal my vet doesn’t know what going with she is at the hospital with iv and she feeding her by tube throw her nose no recovery signs shows yet no one what going with her also we did ultra sound still shows nothing
