Great car man good job you got a real nice engine in there but I don't know what bmw was thinking with the steering wheel looks like an active tourer steering wheel rather than a sporty 6cyl right? No hate tho just don't get the bmw desicion

Pwg not hard to tune at all. The turbo itself smaller then ewg turbo. This is the reason pwg less powerfull. Also you should shift your gear earlier . You make your power untill 5500-5700 rpm and then it drops hardly.

im intrested to get the mosselman thermostat for my n54 335i but little concerned about undercooled in winter my normal temps winter 108c ..summer 112c-118c

A true project car should be manual and also (I think) it's more fun to drive let alone the M shifter is just gorgeous..

I had 535d f10 385hp 750nm that thing was sick to idk the time 100-200 but iT was not long :)
This has nothing to do with the power but how is the navigation system? Is it outdated? Can it hold up with bmws newest navigation systems?

What I'd suggest as further improvements: get new interior trim lines around the air vents, airconditioning. And a new M sport steering wheel. Just makes the car a lot more modern I think.

Lol 300euros down the drain for that Mosselman Oil thermostat thing. What a waste of aluminum. Just replace/swaparound the thermostat itsself.
Buy an n54 next time.
Also; since you had drone it must be a very poor exhuast system. Drone is not in the downpipes.
1. We had the thermostat on an M4 Competition and the oil temp was much more stable and lower with autobahn runs.
2. When a specialist in N54/55 engines says that such a fuel pump costs 3K, it costs 3K..
3. The drone was gone after having replaced the downpipe for the stock one.
@@AutoTopnl You can get port injection for way less then 3k. You have drone because you don't have the (correct) resonator in your exhaust. Don't blame the downpipe.

stock car has around 450nm so ofc its false. These ZF8 are very good
