The F20/21 M135i has a 3.0 in-line six cylinder engine (N55 engine). The M140i has the latest generation BMW in-line six (B58). Both had an amazing engine!

Feel like I would grow tired of all those bangs everytime I let go of the throttle.
The car only gives the pops and bangs in sport and sport +, so when you want to play it will give you the pops and bangs which makes the drive a lot more fun. When in eco pro and comfort the car is quiet enough to not be obnoxious.
The fuel meter was going nearly as fast as the odometer

People in here are hating alot. The green and yellow looks cool, reminded me of the Alpinas from the 90's . Didn't know about the electronic/pneumatic wastegates, need too look in to that I'm shopping for a 135i. Great vid as always 👊

i dont understand. Does the x drive get the uprated turbo as standard or has he upgraded the turbo? They are the same car. Non LCI. both get the same identical n55 lump and turbo set up?
its pwg car vs ewg car , as he said the ewg turbo has a larger compressor wheel , it can make more power . it doenst have anything to do with the xdrive itself . only the 450 hp rating is a bit optimistic at least :) ,especially after his two 100-200 runs ;)

@@ZenGamer97 maybe , a dyno result is only usefull when you have a baseline.measurement , so you can see the delta after some mods are done , and even then ambient parameters such as temperature or moisture can make a difference

How is the oil consumption on them. I heard some of these could burn oil. Are they a myth or is it true?
In my opinion, the 451 hp car is actually too slow for performance figures u claimed. An m2 with similar power runs 100 200 under 9 seconds and it has worser aerodynamics and wider tires.
Ever compared the weight and looked at the drivetrain loss?
They use the same deivetrain lol and the m2 is heavier is it not?

GazRwood Yeah the M2 has the same weight and the same drivetrain. Because i did not know the M2 was Xdrive and it was 30 kilo’s lighter then stock. Also the M2 is a hatchback with the same aerodynamics and not a coupe with way better aero. Also the guys from AutoTopNL did not do a 10,5 100-200 with a M2 competition.
I made so many mistakes.
A m135i ewg with a map (stage 2) is 400bhp. To get 450 you’ll need meth and probably a e85 fuel rather than a standard v power

The amount of pops and bangs out of that modified car is just stupid and needs to be stopped, it is the equivalent of piping things through the stereo.

I have a BBR Turbo MX5 that occasionally pops, far louder, just due to the fueling and throttle position, it is not programmed in.
Also, if you want a proper exhaust get one lighter, not twin exhaust pipes.

Nothing I would not expect from a Miata boy, some hate and an made up mind from lies. You dont know how much weight the exhaust saves. Its 4 inch front to back, stainless steel and the only two mufflers are the ones in the back. Compared with the stock system you lose about 4/5 kilo’s.

Hi! Would love to see how the f20 120i N13 performs at Autobahn👍🏻
I had a 118i N13, which has slightly less power than the 120i with N13. The car felt good at speed on the autobahn, but max speed was only 140 MPH which is about 225 KMH. Definitely not even close to a M135i, but good for what it is.

very long :) Im running a bit over 400hp now for 30.000km and I know one with 250.000tkm running over 400 hp still going strong
