Hi, thank you very much for a lovely video. Totally agree that Tilly and the Button patterns are great. Definitely going to look at the patterns you mentioned.
A lovely inspirational video. I’m new to sewing and enjoying the success I’m having with the Tilly and the Buttons patterns. I have made an Indigo top but can’t decide which fabric to use for the dress. I’ve just finished the Nell dress in a beautiful Rose and Hubble floral cotton poplin and I absolutely love it.
Thanks for the friendly video - you look gorgeous in the Mabel dresses! I want to make a full summer skirt in a black and white mini gingham (knocking off the trends I see in Anthropologie and Pinterest) and then a white top to go with in eyelet. Thanks again!
I agree, I think Tilly’s patterns are excellent. I have the Indigo + Lotta & two of her books. With the Lotta pattern I don’t think the photo on the front cover does it justice - looks frumpy but on the reverse the photo is so much better. Thank you for some great choices.😊
Another lovely video ❤. I’ve been sewing for a few years and my first make was a soi Betty and I actually prefer zippers over buttons. There’s a sew along for that on UA-cam and I completely agree that’s so useful as a beginner
Great video! Would love to see your recommendations for blouses and pinafores too. I also recommend the Indigo add-on, because you can add flutter sleeves and a button up back, which looks very similar to the Plum dress you shared.
Ahh thanks so much for including the Pansy pattern in this list! I love your Pansy collection so much 🧡
My pleasure! Such a lovely pattern ❤️
What a great video! I have been eyeing the Pansy pattern. I think I will give it a go this year
Definitely do! It’s lovely ❤️

I’m so glad to hear you’re loving sewing and finding TATB so helpful. I really love their patterns. Your dresses sound gorgeous ❤️
Oh this is very helpful. So many choices. I plan on watching again & picking out a couple. Definitely will practice with a muslin first.
So glad it was helpful! And yes always best to do a practice run first. I find old bed sheets are a great one for that!
Thank you for this helpful video.
Yay! Glad it’s helped ❤️
