    I love the wisdom you exhibit by not promoting your own beliefs but rather, urge the believers to find their own view on the passage. Your words in these videos never cease to edify me and help me in my own walk. Thank you!

    Lately I’ve been very tempted to do things that aren’t healthy for me mentally . I continue to pray to God to give me guidance through my situation.

    Question: Mark 3:28 states that God would not forgive us the sin of blaspheming the Holy Spirit and that we were guilty of an eternal sin if we did it. I thought God was a forgiving God, so even if we repent of this sin, will he not forgive us?

    • @laurynpalacio2548

      Brenda O Blasphemising the Holy Ghost means that you are exposed to Christ yet you choose to live without him. It basically means, in my understanding, that you never become a beleiver. Every other sin is forgivable but dying denying Jesus is not.

      Lauryn Cassidy exactly. Well put. Denying Christ until death is a clear indication of a natural born enemy of God, not the elect.

    Hey Jon, I have a question for the Q&A you're gonna give:
    How do you and Sweet Bear involve God in your relationship with each other? Are you praying together? are you doing a bible study? , or maby some other form of spending time with God? And how did this start?
    Greetings from the Netherlands (Holland)

    I guess the question one could ask is it ok to just not sin anymore. What I like to do is write out my apology to God before I sin. And then reread it before I sin. Sometimes sin loses its appeal. Sometimes we get good at apologizing for sinning instead of taking everything to Jesus before we sin. Hopefully that makes sense.

    What do you think about election like the one in Romans 9 which has verses like verse 22 which states, "In the same way, even though God has the right to show his anger and his power, he is very patient with those on whom his anger falls, who are destined for destruction." and also the other verse which says, "I loved Jacob but I rejected Esau."

    I have a question about 1 tim ch 2 im sure u have had ppl ask this. But i have been seeking for a cpl weeks now. What does paul mean about women learning in silence and not teaching and also about not having authority over men? Does that mean in church? That women are not allowed to teach, preach, ect.? Thanks and God bless.

    I got the question concerning Matthew 25 - how would you explain the behavior of wise bridesmaids? As christians we should share as much as we can with the others. No matter what it is. The oil, the gospel or anything else.
    I don't get it why didn't they want to share with the oil so they could (possibly) all together join the feast with the bridegroom? I'd like to know ur position on this one :)

    I do have a question. I haven't received much teaching on the impardinable sin and am fearful that I as a believer may commit it. But I have no idea what it is other than the blaspheming of the Holy Spirit. But what exactly is that?

    • @AllieY96
      @AllieY96 7 років тому +2

      If you're afraid of it in the first place, you haven't committed the unforgivable sin.

    • @spenceraudible2241
      @spenceraudible2241 7 років тому +5

      Huong Xuan *"Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God."* Hebrews 5:9
      - Police officers keep the peace, some abuse their power but if you are strong in the faith and become a cop for the right reasons (to make peace and bring justice to criminals) then God calls you blessed and calls you His child. Don't let the position of authority get to your head, know who is the Ultimate Authority over you and everyone else, God.

    Hi Jon. I have 2 questions here..
    1) Can u explain the "trinity" concept?
    * some people said God the Father, God the Holy Spirit and God the Son is 3 different things. They claimed that the proof of it is when God been baptized, the bird represented the holy spirit, Jesus as the son and the voice from heaven as Father..
    2) God loves all things that He created. Does it mean He loves Satan too ?
    * i've been asked by someone about this .
    will be glad if you answer this. Thanks !

    My opinion is that he is talking about before you have been saved. Why is because he talks about how unspiritual he is and that he is a slave to sin

    Hi Jon! My question is, if Adam and Eve had two sons and they were the first humans, where did Cain got a wife from?

    • @MrBrokenSorrow
      @MrBrokenSorrow 7 років тому +2

      Adam and Eve had many children other than Cain and Abel, including daughters; people lived for about 900 years in those days, so they had many children. Cain would have married one of his sisters. It's important to note that the bloodline was so fresh and pure at this point there was no risk of genetic deformity due to incest, which is one of the main reasons people stopped inbreeding.

    • @paulaboyles9423
      @paulaboyles9423 7 років тому +1

      MrBrokenSorrow I tried to explain that to someone but because the bible only started out by saying that Adam and Eve had Cain and Abel and didn't go further into saying that they had more children before Cain killed Abel. So they were questioning where Cain got a wife from.

    • @mennovandijk6466
      @mennovandijk6466 7 років тому +1

      I think that the meaning behind the story of Cain and Able the reason is why it is written in the Bible.

    why can't it be both ....... it seems like it helps both I mean it is the Bible .....witch is God's word ...and God wants to help both cause he loves both ....if you think about it if you read the Bible as a non believer you would get something different than a believer would so I think it's both I mean god had made the impossible possible....so why can't there be Bible verses written to and for both with his goal to reach out to both sides of the coin but speaking different ways to them so it's more personal for them

      Yes but when you are born again the holy spirit will change you and help you reject sin. The bible tells us that homosexuality is sin but remember that everyone is a sinner being hetero doesn't make us a better person. Repent of your sins and believe in Jesus Christ and you will be saved. God loves you no matter what.
