Have 37 different fragrances, 27 of them niche. Have 3 bottles of Aventus and most big names. However, lately my number one that I’m reaching for is Italian Leather from Memo Paris. It is somewhat unique but an extremely comforting scent. I do love Tom Ford’s Tobacco Oud (except the very first 5 minutes) and strangely Ardent from Boadicea. Chris I'm not surprised Greed Aventus was number 1 but surely if you enjoy fragrances their are a number of great smells that would challenge on creativity & uniqueness, me personally I would currently have Cigar Rum by STRANGERS PARFUMERIE in 3rd, Memories of a Trespasser in 2nd & Jubilation XXV Men by Amouage in 1st for now I do have newer acquisition that will force my hand later on.
I completely agree with the last two for top niche fragrances I’ve ever smelled, no matter the fragrances I have I still look for best batches or best clones, creed is king in terms of mens niche.
Ah, naxos , Excellent perfume, a little expensive but worth the price. 2 sprays and it lasts all day with an intense trail. The opening is just beautiful fruity and lemony but it lasts only 5 seconds then these notes disappear forever. A well done honey note mixed with lavender and vanilla. We detect a little jasmine and tobacco in the background that gives more depth. The trail in the air is intoxicatingly sweet and extremely seductive. It remains on the clothes for days and days. It reminds me slightly of JPG's Ultra Male but niche version, much more refined. There is also an air of Chanel Numero 5 with this bright jasmine. Unisex that tends towards the masculine. And for Grand soir by Francis Kurkdjan: A warm, smoky and refined Amber. Reddish resin from conifers, its name derived from the Greek "Ambriosos" means immortal, and this perfume in 50 years will not have taken a wrinkle. I was afraid that it was sweet, but it is not the case, if not by the black and natural pod of its Vanilla. For the non-dominant Tonka is positioned in the background and with restraint ... and THAT, my friends, is very good. By imposing this one as the dominant note in all Orientals this past decade, the flame between it and me ended up being extinguished. I became disgusted with it, going from "I love it, it's one of my favorite notes" to "Again? they don't have anything else on hand or something" because it dominates and tyrannizes the other notes. At the time when Pierre Hermé claimed that he hated Tonka, I was thinking "How is that possible?" now I understand better. Anyway, here it only serves as a support and so much the better, just like Cistus. A creamy, dimensional scent that evolves slowly. I prefer it after 1 hour. It reminds me a bit of Dior "Vanilla Diorama" as it is a spicy ballet of Cardamom, Patchouli and African Cinnamon (from Ceylon or Madagascar). In conclusion, I initially thought it was boring and trite... After an hour of evolution, I completely change my mind. 7,5/10 PS: Sorry for the English mistakes but it's not my mother tongue. @@gazzap6664 I know what you mean by not treating expensive fragrances as an easy reach to scent but based on my experience, I'm going through phases whereas I have strong tendencies towards a particular fragrance. Right now it is Memo’s Italian Leather. I just love it. A few months ago it was Santal Royale and also Ardent. As I mentioned, I have 3 bottles of Aventus and I haven’t used it once since last summer. Strange how this works…
i will always remember the first time i smelled this and i was amazed by it but when i smell it now its so disappointing… its nothing like it was… why dont creed make it to the same of 2011 and charge more,, am sure people would go crazy for it, don’t understand… there are so much better frags out there nowadays
How about top. 3 favourite perfume s on women
I remember first smelling and buying 30mls £95 of Aventus, changed the game for me, dogs in the street are now wearing it which is a bit annoying 😁
Lol no one other than people in fragcom wear Aventus, it's a shock to anyone that smells it for the first time.
Sadly, the new Creed Aventus batches are very poor. Up your game Creed
I have all of these fragrances with the exception of G.I.T amd I agree with you Chris about g.i.t which is why I ended up getting Royal Crown Rain it's a even better quality version of that smell
What would be peoples wrestling name attached to perfume of course…
Current aventus is less then half of what it used to be and it cost more and comes in smaller bottles, getting a older batch will cost you as much as a mortgage payment. As much as I believe in paying homage to a brand as tribute to their originality creation creed is no longer worth the money and hasn't been for sometime, GET A CLONE!
Tough choice
I would choose
Enigma
Aventus
Alexandria 2
parfum de marly Carlisle

Spice Bomb Extreme please 👌🏾
Why is no one is taking about Chris’ shirt. 🥂
BEST IS SWEET????😳
Aventus was also Creeds Downfall.
is naxos reformulated?
I think so, but Naxos needs to macerate for a couple years to get that dark juice
@@wadsyname is naxos still worth with new formulation? I nvr put my nose on it but i got hyped🤣
@@Abcdefk-u yeah I think so, it's not as powerful as it used to be but still a great scent
