I don't think there's ever been a video that is more designed for me. Let me fire off: 1. Everyday. 100% has to be Parfums de Marly 'Layton' - it is the epitome of a cornerstone all-year scent that can cover any scenario. Iconic fresh-sweet fragrance that EVERYBODY enjoys, outside of those that talk about Vix Vaporub. Some will say it doesn't fit very warm weather, but we're not going to model these on extreme weather. 2. Casual Day - Warm. I'm going with Atelier Cologne 'Orange Sanguine'. Perfect definition of an 'out and about, not too serious' scent. It's just a pleasant aroma to be around, performance not that great though. An alternative to this would be BDK Parfums 'Citrus Riviera' as it has far better performance, but the profile isn't the same. 3. Sophisticated Day - Warm. The logical answer here probably would be Roja 'Elysium'. It's a fresh gentleman scent that can be worn to work, to meetings etc. 4. Sophisticated Evening - Warm. I'm going with Mancera 'Cedrat Boise', basically a fruity version of Aventus. Similarly to Elysium, it's a pleasant scent to be around and doesn't go too hard. 5. Date - Warm. Picking Initio 'Rehab' on this one which is a niche version of Spicebomb with some cream. It's not an overkill scent and thereby it fits the scenario. As an alternative I'd highlight Nishane 'Ani' since Ani is similarly a perfect 'not too much, not too little' type scent. And now, it's really time to pop off with the cool weather picks. 6. Date - Cool. The go-to scent is Kilian 'Black Phantom' or its cheaper alternative, Zaharoff x Curly Scents 'The SIren'. Extremely diverse gourmand scent in terms of its offering, primarily dominated by the chocolate and rum. Alternatives I'd say Kilian 'Intoxicated' and Parfums de Marly 'Herod'. 7. Casual Day - Cool. Since you described this category as 'sweet, but not too serious', I'll go with Parfums de Marly 'Oajan'. It can be a bit much in terms of sweetness, but at least it's not too serious. Main alternative I'd highlight is Roja 'Enigma' which is basically a coca-cola, honey type scent. 8. Sophisticated Day - Cool. This is my golden pick - Xerjoff 'Alexandria II'. Off the charts performance and sillage, flawlessly blended scent that is mainly dominated by the lavender and woods. 9. Sophisticated Evening - Cool. The epitome of a 'dress to impress' scent is Initio 'Oud for Greatness', nothing else comes close to it for the attention that it brings. It screams for attention without needing to put on half the bottle. This is a literal must-have if you live in a climate where cooler weather dominates. 10. Showstopper. So I hate this category because the logical picks here are all of the tobacco fragrances, e.g. Xerjoff 'Naxos', Initio 'Side Effect', Parfums de Marly 'Herod', Parfums de Marly 'Carlisle' (!), Mancera 'Red Tobacco', BDK Parfums 'Rouge Smoking'. Especially 'Carlisle' is a literal showstopper because so many people hate it and others really love it. Based on your definition of showstopper I suspect Carlisle is the best answer here. However, if we are avoiding tobacco scents, I would go with the latest release from Maison Crivelli 'Hibiscus Mahajad'. It is one of the most absurd scents I've smelled - a fruity floral scent with a green heart. This scent will stay on clothes for days, unique profile, incredible performance.
Honestly there are only a handful of UA-cam creators whose videos I will watch from beginning to end at normal playback speed, and because of these “situational recommendations” I’ve induced you into this list. Incredibly thoughtful 🧐
I have Santal Complet and put it on myself and I LOVE it. I feel like it's definitely unisex but I'm gonna see if I can get HIM to wear it too. I have noticed that if he smells it on me first, he's reluctant because now he associates it with ME as a woman. However.....if I get him to smell it first, then he doesn't have a chance to develop a bias. I hope he likes it because I love to smell it.

Hey brother! Taking advantage of the time off at uni in Canada so I can catch up on your videos. Great idea! Such a lovely collection of fragrances. I approve of all of these massively. In no replacement, but to add in the comments section a personal autumn evening fragrance I LOVE!! Terrible Teddy from Penhaligon's. In a dinner evening with friends when the candle fragrances are doing their thing and you want to have a sexy, leathery, woody scent strong enough to be noticed over the already fragranced room. Then this is the one for me personally.

I love how you described Diaghilev. I think those challenging fragrances were meant to be smelled as they diffuse into the air and as the bites meld together they can create a wonderful aroma. To be honest I thought Gucci guilty absolute was going to make another appearance. I was bracing for it. 😂
Diaghilev is enchanting. Haha this was the niche/luxury side of things so the Gucci wouldn’t have made it in. It got plenty of shine in the previous episode. 😁
Always appreciate your vids and insights. Had to smile when you got to your show stopper since I found Encre Noire to be that for me. Definitely had to grow on me. Fortunately, due to being inexpensive, had I not been able to wear it there would have been no big deal. lol. Btw, since you're a music lover, I just put out a single - In the Middle Of featuring Giorge Pettus - that I wrote and produced. Give a listen if you get the chance - album to follow. Be safe.
Nishane and their synthetic ingredients. So sharp and synthetic that it will cause your respiratory system to shut down. Ok, I am exaggerating but I am not lying about their 95% synthetics. Thats why you can buy most of their frags for like $120 like Mancera.
L'humaniste is one of the best fragrances I've smelled but it's so tragic that to this day they haven't tried to make a stronger formula for better performance.
@@stayfreshproductions come on bro, I'm watching your videos everyday and i like your channel, but i was a bit off topic, please don't feel offended. Any comment is still good for the algorithm 🙂
@@63Jax you’re of course welcome to comment whatever you’d like on any video. But I am a big believer is spreading positivity. And if you’re going to be negative, it should be constructive so that improvements can be made. Otherwise, nothing needs to be said at all and you can just continue with your day. I put a lot of work into my intros, and it’s vulnerable. So naturally I will be offended when someone says they don’t like it. But that won’t stop me from continuing to do them. Thanks for watching my videos.
You need nothing in this world. You reviewers need to aknowledge the fact that your videos influence a lot of younger guys who don't necessarily have the means to purchase a single fragrance, never mind a "luxury" scented water. Selling the idea that someone "needs this in their wardrobe" and getting them into thinking that owning a $300 fragrance will somehow make them feel better is false. There are countless examples of guys on here getting into huge debt to buy these products is preposterous. The issue needs to be addressed by more reviewers.
I think you’re taking this too seriously. I agree with you that we don’t need “scented water” in this world (but we do need food, water, warmth and people, so not “nothing”). But there is no gun to anyone’s head, forcing them to spend money.
This is a video "FOR MILLIONAIRE ONLY" I think you lost your ground traction complete. Are you only wearing fragrances for 250$ and more? You really recommend a fragrance for more than $1000. Really? Are you kidding? Maybe your YT-career is very lukrative. So you only wear high priced perfumes. You forgot your roots, Very sad. I'm sure that the most of your fans ( that by the way made you big) cannot pay for only the half of your recommendations.
@Deuce Miky Respectfully speaking big dawg, but you got to relax. It's literally not that serious and says in the title it's a "Niche" list. Niche parfumery is obviously going to be more expensive. Even if he was wearing $250+ frags, why would you hate? IMO, JC just putting out great content catering to EVERYONE, since I'm sure not EVERYONE shares the same income. Don't mean to come off as offensive by any means bro.
@@josenewman4442 Niche is not luxury. I can buy niche for $100 and it ts very good stuff. i like the content from JC but with this video I don't agree in case of the title. not EVERY MAN need this in his wardrobe. you can have the same quality for 30% of the costs of his recommendations. This is the point of my view.
@@deuce00111 the reality is....you will never please everyone. It's his interpretation of what he enjoys and recommends, and my choice as the viewer to: A) sample/buy aforementioned recommendations B) simply enjoy his content as an excellent YT reviewer OR C) All the above. You seem to be displeased with HIS personal picks, but I'm sure many of us appreciate his choices. We can agree to disagree, but I'm gonna continue following JC because TO ME he's providing great content. Good luck with your fragrance journey bro 🤙

Have you checked out Plum In Cognac by Scents Of Wood yet? It’s a 💣
yes! Good stuff!
Omg, i got Charlatan by Fort and Manle last week, it's divine. Straight into my top 3 along with Plum Japonais and Single Malt.
😉👍🏼 Outstanding!
@@stayfreshproductions true! I got too excited when you were describing the fragrance for this category and forgot this was the niche edition. 😅
How old are you Justin ? if you don't mind me asking you have great looking skin.
Creepy
@@CheersDits2979 what's creepy about it? Lol
It rubs the lotion on its skin, or else it gets the hose again.
@@CheersDits2979 I'm asking for age comparison.
He was born in 1989 if u watch his videos. So 32.
Great concept
Thank you
Great video bro
Very nice
There is a particular note in all Nishane fragrances that make them smell "old" like "grandpa old". That's not a house for me.
I was literally just about to google niche fragrance that are must buys. Then i figured it made more sense to search on UA-cam. Very ironic.
I fail to get the irony
@@Yjn75 as soon as I went to search this popped up on my feed
@@jamil6617 no, that's not irony, that's a fortunate coincidence.
@@Yjn75 😂😂😂😂😂
Always appreciate your vids and insights. Had to smile when you got to your show stopper since I found Encre Noire to be that for me. Definitely had to grow on me. Fortunately, due to being inexpensive, had I not been able to wear it there would have been no big deal. lol. Btw, since you're a music lover, I just put out a single - In the Middle Of featuring Giorge Pettus - that I wrote and produced. Give a listen if you get the chance - album to follow. Be safe.
Thank you! I'll have to check out the album!
Nishane and their synthetic ingredients. So sharp and synthetic that it will cause your respiratory system to shut down. Ok, I am exaggerating but I am not lying about their 95% synthetics. Thats why you can buy most of their frags for like $120 like Mancera.
Synthetics are not a bad thing…at least if you care about your fragrances lasting more than a few hours.
Dying to sniff Diagalev...
Oh you gotta...
L'humaniste is one of the best fragrances I've smelled but it's so tragic that to this day they haven't tried to make a stronger formula for better performance.
So beautiful.
Dude any cheapie u can go with every day its not going to perform. Well anyway hot or cold weather example dolce and Cabana
Could you leave the names of the fragrances on screen whilst talking about it? :)
Nice intro
Isn’t wardrobe for clothes? English is my second language, I’m just curious
It applies to both!
Anderson Paak-Reaching 2 much…not only great taste in fragrance but also in music my G!
yessir!!
Not that it's necessary for me, but do you know any women who enjoy wearing A Midsummer Dream?
Yes I know of some!
Royal oud was my scent of the day today :)
Great choice!
Need?
Lol
All we need is food, water, warmth, and loving people. This is just for fun.
@@stayfreshproductions great job
Anderson Paak "way to much"
Yep!
Wow I wonder if they could gift🎁 your followers with a free 1 😄😃👍
Lol "i hate to say it....... PISSY"
i'm never fast enough to skip that annoying trumpet intro, man that scratches my ear, no offense Justin :(
That’s fine. But is that your only take away from the video? If you could only leave one comment, this is it?
Better buy BMW
Did you see the previous episode with all designer fragrances?
@@stayfreshproductions Of course. I watch all your videos! Because I'm a fan of your chanel
so annoying... reapeating everything thats not important 100 times, stop explaining occasions, explain fragrances ffs... warm-date, warm-date, warm- date, thats when you go to date, but its warm... wooow!
You need to find some joy in your life.
Or maybe fap once in your life to decompress your sad soul 🤣
Stop playing that cringe in the beginning of the videos pls
No.
