Definetly my favorite pvp UA-camr to watch. Chase is always respectful and doesn’t trash talk much at all. Very chill and genuinely just having fun pushing players to the edge of their sanity. Most other pvp players just have such huge egos and talk so much trash it’s obnoxious. Keep it up chase! You’re awesome! I absolutely love the commentary on class and builds and weapons other players are using and the pros and cons, legit analyzing them as you fight them and exposing all their weaknesses. Legit the most educational pvp player out there
@@GiovannaMMIV it's like most things in Souls games, it's situational. How effective it is or isn't depends on the timing of how it's used and what you can do with it while it's active. Iron Flesh was very useful against a lot of PvE situations in the old souls games. Haven't really tried it in Elden Ring.

The thing about raptor of the mists is it's a knowledge check. You're gambling on whether or not your opponent knows what it is and how to avoid it. It's not very objectively powerful, but because of that almost no one uses it which means most people fail the knowledge check. It's especially strong against gankers and their r1 spam, letting you in some cases get upwards of 1000 damage on multiple people.

Hey chase, I notice you tend to sprint/walk-sprint when youre chasing someone on low stamina. If you instead sprint-duck-sprint, you can go right back to sprinting and regen stamina briefly during sprint. It seems like it would be faster but I may be wrong. Great vid!
11:08 i have used that ashe of war with powerstancing poisoned battle rotten hammers, even if they avoid the damange you still have the status proc and they eventually will get poisoned and/or scarlet rotted, and then you can be a little more agresive because they will want to heal it before it does too much damange, specially if both are stacked.
I made a build based on Raptor of the Mists… got a couple lulz with 1-shots, but overall it’s not great. If anyone wants to try it I recommend power stancing big boy weapons with the jump attack ring, chest piece, and whatever else you can do to max your damage. The goal is definitely to 1-shot because once they realize what your doing they just roll out of it.

Ancient dragon incants are so fun now. The dragon spear's WA too. Its fun cause if you get a knockdown and fully charge the bolt, they'll likely roll spam and get caught. SOMEHOW hasnt failed yet, but i dont doubt it can.
The double lightning stake (forgive my lack of knowledge on the official names) is also a good way to catch people off guard if they arent clever enough to run. With just 45 faith, lightning scorpion and potion, most everything 1-2 shots. Plus im only using the erdtree seal, and it's been discovered running double gravelstone stacks the gravelstone added effect. Same probably goes for any seal, if thats the case so Faith build stonks all around.
I can’t believe throwing pots got buffed because if there’s anything I know from chase is that he can snipe ppl sometimes and now that they do more dmg😩 I expect pot build/compilation of pot kills on ppl

9:45 - i use repeating crossbow in one and rapier ( bloody helice ) in other for my build. Its hard to get it to hit but when you unload three bolts ( lightning ones or explosive ) into somebody it does nice damage.. not as great as npc-s but good xD

Just before the 1.04 update I spent literally a full day in Limgrave invading, killing everything but the host, and Parry > Unarmed critical. Over. And over. And over again. The only ones that got a quick death were the ones that decided to actually stand and fight me instead of BMing and running around like headless chickens. Trust me, killing someone over 30 minutes by continuously riposte > 22 damage critical is time consuming, but a lot more enjoyable than a quick death for these assholes. Especially if they were glitching as well.
It's constant BM you make a mistake, fumble and get blendered in a 3v1 and it's T bags. Whenever I kill an invader I don't T bag anymore because it's not in good taste. If I beat a 3v1 as an invader I sometimes do hit them with the T bag for revenge though lol. Mostly just spin and curtsy

Many people completely sleep on Bandit Curved Swords. They are insane power stance. The running and jumping attacks on them do over 2600 damage with the right talismans and they have no recovery as well, you can immediately start comboing after it. Imo they are the strongest weapons in the game. These swords are basically Sellsword Winblades on crack.

Perfumes are pretty underrated imo. Zoning, buffs, mechsuit, and so many other great supplements to a build.

Having recently played it I don't think the original Demon's had that gesture. It came with Dark Souls, I believe. Not that it matters, really.
