We proceed further North in our 35 year old VW T3 / Vanagon and climb steep mountains with amazing views. My girlfriend almost gave me a heart attack when she ran along a cliff with a 400m vertical fall. After spending time along the amazing coast of Helgeland, we take more ferries to access the region around the Lofoten peninsula. And did you know, we turned our van into a convertible? See for yourself in this video!

Thank you so much😳👏🏼👏🏼 I will do my best😄
Woow really epic pictures. I enjoyed a lot.
Thanks guys for sharing.
Thank you😊👏🏼
Amazing and inspiring 😃
Thanks😊
Skrova e no på besøkelselisten, takk for tippset 🙂
Kult! Artig å kunne være til inspirasjon☺️
Jump to bed. Sound like a solid plan. 😂😂😂😂 Wow! Stunning view with her standing at the edge of the cliff. Perfect wine with the food to reboot your energy. Aww...he kisses Zulu. Jump in the 10-degree water! LOL update on Simon’s coffee picks! 😂 She is so nice and patient. Was his picked coffee good? I have noticed something different in this video that you guys talk alternatively. That was nice.
The coffee was delicious, too bad we can’t get frequent deliveries from them! If this scenery was blessed with a more comfortable temperature’s it would be paradise😄 And that mountain cliff was something else😳👏🏼
I would encourage you to look into induction cooking as you won't need a gas bottle and will not suffer excess heat and moisture when you cook food also it is quicker than even a gas ring. What you would need is a decent battery (say 1000wh), inverter (say 2kw) and solar PV to top the battery up after cooking. A cup of coffee for 2 might draw 100wh, a pan-cooked meal maybe 125- 350wh. A small microwave would be similarly efficient but limits cooking options.
Amazing places, amazing guys 😉
Wow! Great video! So beautiful!😍
Thank you! Really liked this area👏🏼
Every time loooking forward to the new video. More of this please!
Thank you very much:)
Kjekt å få følga med på ferda for meg og Anne Linn ! 😊😊
Takk Tor!😊 Vi har en voldsom backlog som du ser, men Hardanger-turen kommer tidsnok👏🏼
Freaking awesome .... i am speechless with the view .....

She doesn’t listen to me, so I’ll have to live with it😛 Thank you👏🏼
Wow, that view from Rodoylova!! Incredible.
Yes, that place was something else😳😍
This is crazy. So beautiful 😍
Thank you very much!
I need to get to Norway. Not many places can compare to my Alberta, but it's pretty darn close! Simon & Benedicte, you could easily package your travels as an official tourism video. Breathtaking.
So Benedicta (sp?) has perfect eyebrows. Just saying. Great video again from you.
“Well thank you Neal!” - Benedikte😊
Cheers from Costa Rica! We are moving to Norway soon and I'm loving your videos
Exciting! Thank you!😊
Hi guys. I just subscribed to your channel. You are good guys is the right way to go in tourism. Great items, outside of "seen" items.
I follow in the same footsteps as I get to move into the RV. Good luck. Greetings from Helsinki 🇫🇮🧜♂
Fantastic meals!!!
They were delicious 😋😋😛
Amazing adventure as always! So enjoyable to watch!
Thanks Ryan! Really appreciate it👏🏼
Absolutely stunning guy's cheers 👍🏻
Thank you😊
Really well done! The editing, stunning shots and music/audio! Looking forward to the next one in Lofoten 🇳🇴
Thank you! New video up now, although some of the goodies from Lofoten is still yet to come!
Watching this near the stove from my sofa: I would be gentle with that goat thing on the cliffs... you would not be the first one doing it 100 times without any issue and suddenly... 😀
I can’t help but feeling worried for her, although I know she is a seasoned hiker.
@@SimonBraeck That's is a familiar feeling ;-)
Inspiring video ... Lofoten in good weather is magic. Thanks
Epic video picture starting at 4:38...though I must say that it is very courageous and somewhat dangerous...all the best to you two including doggy and T3...
Thanks😊 It made for some stunning shots although I always feel like me flying the drone too close to her is the most dangerous thing😳 Take care.
Amazing video and stunning shots (as always, shall I add)! Love your "terrible" sens of humour and bad jokes 😋 (I share the same ones, but my better half doesn't understand it, either...). Happy and safe travels, guys! 🤙
Thank you👏🏼 Feels good to have fellow “terrible jokers” out there😄 Most of the fun you have to creatw yourself, right?😄
So I would totally take a dip in the water. I did briefly in November 2019 and at the Blue Ice Lake in 2018. I'd want to be there where it's isolated, though I'd need to live near a small city/town....
What can i say than the perfection is totally overwhelming. The editing and the landscape 😍😍😍and finally you funny couples… so happy and enjoyed to watch it
Thank you very much😊😊 Our terrible sense of humor coming through 😄
wow, totally flashed!!! Such an amazing vlog again!
Really outstanding Scenery 👍
Do you guys never work? Awesome video again, makes me wish I could travel this much
Haha😂 Both of us work full time, this is what we do during summer holiday and other times we have time off work. Thank you!
@@SimonBraeck Oh wow, I guess that's one of the benefits of living in Norway. You don't have to drive far to see amazing things :)
Hi Benedikte and Simon ! Another epic video...great. I would like to understand: Did you take the ferry with your van, is it possible to stay with a camper on Rodoya ? Or did you need to stay in Klokkergarden hotel ? Maybe i did not get that...it could be a point on my list. Go on with your videos like that, it is always a pleasure. Greetings from Germany, Michael
Hey! Thank you😊 You could stay at Rødøya, though it’s limited due to only a few kilometers of road
A beautiful video Simon and Benedicta!
looking forward to the next one
Wow really nice. We enjoyed Norway our self last month. Now we want to go back.
Greetings
Another inspirational video, we just need that scenery! How does one enjoy perching 400 metres up and not care?!! 😧 My husband is a bit of a coffee connoisseur, so it was amusing to await your delayed return to Chuck N!
Another incredible video, they are just getting better and better every week, thanks guys 😀
Thanks😊 You’re not spooked out by my terrible sense of humour in this one?😂
@@SimonBraeck No not at all, humor is an essential ingredient in this busy life we live, for sure!
great video, amazing views, less drama.. Thank You
Thank you 🙏🏼
As always guys..👍👍👍
Cheers!😊😊
Wow! So beautiful, can't wait to visit there some day. 💯
Thanks😊 great area!
I watched this video while having breakfast. Honestly, I don't remember what I ate for breakfast. 😂 It was beautiful like always. 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻
Really enjoy your vlogs guys 💯👌
I love the videos and they are getting better each time. Thank you for sharing your adventures. I especially love the small moments like sharing coffee in the morning, and random meals. Make me want to move to Norway!
The rock climbing must be amazing on some of those sweeping cliffs. I'm sure they must be in a climbing guidebook.
Just watched again, the videography and scenery is fantastic, what an amazing country.
Once more a stunning video, so lucky to live in such a beautiful country.
Thank you guys for this awesome adventure. Counting fingers for the next episode. 😍😍😍
Beautiful images again, by the way, I'm getting hungry reading your cooking. Greetings Jan
That’s the most stunning drone shot I’ve ever seen! Another great video. I’ve owned two different VW campers (69&86), but sadly never got to travel around in them as you do. Thanks for sharing your adventures.
Well done!
Fantastic nature and a wonderful story 😃
Looking forward to the next video from you so we can get much more inspiration for our Norway trip in our T3
Another fantastic video. You took a lot of ferries; are they expensive or does the government subsidise the cost to help locals get around?
HI! ) Have u hot fan wind in bus? When u sleep. Becasue russian night very cold )) and we use this
Hi! We have a diesel heater which works very well on cold nights.
How long does your van take to start in freezing cold conditions? Is it more difficult when high in mountain?
👍👍👍🇵🇱😀
Do yous have a solerpanel on the roof if not maby invest in one
What is that type of pop top called? I’ve got the same on the one I just got
🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️👌👌
Great video and I like to follow you. But why such crafted eyebrows , natural look would suit you much better
