Charlotte how powerful are you? Wow your comment just filled me with such goodness and I see your heart and soul so beautiful and I don't think you need this cleansing as you are filled with such beauty of Hozho. Peace, Beauty, Balance and Harmony. What we speak is a mirror of whom we are. Thank you for your kindness and hugs yourself as I am sending healing hugs to you that you see that you have a new lease on life and now run with it. Be powerfully empowered and do it without negativity but positive vibrations and energy of which we are made of. You are lovely. Hugs from Navajo Grandma

I totally agree with you as I honor my Bizhi (Paternal gma) who suckled me and raised me as her own, my teacher, my example, my everything as a child to have been reared by her and my Nali. In the tribal ways, children were given to their grandparents to rear as the parents went to work, grandparents raised and taught the posterity that they would have values, honor for life, learn to be trustworthy, and mainly all morals and more's in life, and especially knowing who God is with reverence, that his handwork is Father Sky, Mother Earth and all things herein that were created for our good. So holy. You are right. How precious your understanding is. Navajo Grandma

I needed this video. My daughter was in PICU with covid pneumonia and was on a high flow oxygen along with steroids for her lungs. I asked everyone I know to pray for her. I prayed all day everyday I spoke the Promises from the Bible for health, and healing. My daughter is now recovered and we will be going home today. The power of prayer is strong and I’m so grateful. I did what you said and I told her how much she means to me how much joy she brings to be everyday. I have four wonderful children and they are my entire world. I want to thank you for all your videos. My children are from the Paiute tribe and I’m from the Three Affiliated Tribes. God bless you and your family.

My dearest Kimberly, Wow, what an endearing story. I am so thankful your daughter is returning back to full health. It is truly amazing how truth, honesty, prayer, appreciation, Hozho and Ke' does heal. So many are so involved with themselves they lose these internal innate love and endearment we each need for one another. I told my husband before my fiance' died I had pneumonia so bad, and my fiance' had been gone out of state. I missed him so much. When I saw him, I literally was healed instantly. He loved me so much and sadly, he did die. When he died, he did come back to me to tell me how much love he had for me and to let him go as my life would move forward. It was hard but my life did move forward, and here I am teaching and sending you my hugs and love. You are loved and so is your daughter.. Keep up the love, hugs and positivity. Paw paw paw, get rid of the negative, illness, anything and in its place comes positivity, health, love, etc. Navajo Grandma

Oh my what a powerful statement of hozho. For hozho is filled with "peace, beauty, balance & harmony that all people who breathe do seek." Thank you, as we are all leaders within our own circles, communities and state, tribes or nations. We are the light to others and I pray we will remain this way and become brighter with the light of God, to be Saviors to all mankind. Now is the time to stand against evil trying to overshot our light individually and outwardly. Men's hearts are hardening, anger leads our ways, a kind word, a hand up is forgotten but selfishness reigns with Satan. May we stand with God, pray with great faith, give hope and a hand up. Give a hug, a smile but pray always for the poor, sick & lost and more so our enemies. May God help each of us to be the leaders we are. We weren't reserved for this time and day for nothing. God reserved those alive with power to stand against evil and you and I are His army. May we take our place. Amen. Hugs, Navajo Grandma

You are so welcome and yes you and all are so important as we continue living in this world. Although it is full of problems, normal and made up and the Communism encroaching, all need our attention, our prayers and for us to stand up for truth. We need to support what is truth and what is Godly, not the secular which brings Greed, Power and Control and it gets out of hand very very easily when a person or leaders become filthy selfish and they go down the road to the bottom pit and take many with them. May we remember to be strong, to stand for right like our CHIEFTANS did in days of old. They called for all Tribal Nations to stand together, it is time we do now. Their words ring strong and clear right now. Amen. Navajo Grandma

Ruth, yes, sweetheart, you should read a book called, He Walked The Americas, author: L. Taylor Hansen. This book consists of how the person took yrs to interview and to find this information from each tribe about Jesus Christ. My grandfather use to give the most beautiful powerful oral rendition of how the stories handed down about our people’s knowledge of the crucifixion of Christ in navajo. I miss it’s powerful message from my grandfather. It is so humbling, I know of one person still living who tells of this oral history. I have yet to interview him, record him, maybe not as detailed as my gpa’s but pretty close. Jesus Christ does live, I know this to be true as the sun rises and sets. Navajo Grandma

@@NavajoGrandma Again I come to you! I was taught from birth about Christ. I loved him from the moment I understood in a way. Still do and alway's will! The day of the fire I knew I was going to die. I lay on the floor watching the smoke decend and talked to the fire 911 operator. I was not afraid! I remember telling him goodby. No fear, no panic, just calm peace! There were many miracles that day! Like a cordless phone that worked after the electricity popped off. They found it almost melted beside me and heard the 911 operator yelling at me to hold on, help was on the way! A fireman picked it up and said hello! The operator was very happy!!! Started to say so and the phone quit working. There was an advanced life support Ambulance less than three minutes away practicing with a fire department from across the river and they all came. My front door fell out of the wall because my German Shepherd gave his life trying to open it. He was never taught to do what he did! Like dragging me away from the flames. I have scars on my arm from his teeth. I hope they last forever! His name was/is Moose. There was a helicopter practicing advanced rescue techniques with the fire department and ambulance. The Dr. on duty was trained for fire and drowning injuries and death. No one else needed them so I got them all! Lifeflight was a new jet with advanced equipment and all the pilot's were combat trained. Three helicopters and one jet to get me across the state to a hospital that specializes in fire and drowning injuries. I woke up a week later as the Dr's were re-entubing (sp?) me and I bit one of them! Out went the light for another week. Hyperbaric treatments helped save me. But, I was told my Moosie was gone, along with pretty much everthing. I have a warrior Spirit and I'm not gone till God say's I am. Most of the time I can get along. But, I don't understand why. My lungs are a mess, still can't drive. I know one thing for sure, the devil is a liar! God has me here for a reason, He will tell me when the time is right! satan is in attack mode again. But I'm not afraid! God saved Daniel from the lion's den! And those faithful men from the furnace. Please don't ask me to spell their name's! I would love to know how God called you to this ministry! You ARE a healer! My mother said that gentleness and love were the strongest gifts God gave us! Looking forward to more video's. Sorry I talk too much! Thank you! A'HO 💚

We are made of energy and Godly energy. Our hands were created to be used to give upward movements of our hands to move bad energy away from our bodies. Continued sorry .. but what my grandfather taught was Godly, always humble and wise. And I hate to put my hat on science but that is a testimonial wherein, science found what we have known always as I was taught, we are made of Godly elements whereby energy source is in our every body part. When you ruffle with your hand you are ruffling your energy source within your body. You start at the torso ruffle upward and out your crown of your head. You also ruffle from your shoulder out thru your finger tips. Then from your torso down & out your feet. Best example: when running my several marathons as a single mother of 7 kids, running was great therapy, strength. Physical acuity needed for dealing as a single mom. So when in my 20th mile always toward the end the marathon heads would always add a hill at the 6th mile & 20th mile. Some in between those but not as steep. So steep, a grinding steep on the 20th mile. You start to feel a bit of energy wane so they have water stands, you never drink or swallow but rinse your mouth cuz you can feel dried out and that water splash also on your body helps. At two points you feel a little less energy. That is when I would smudge with my hands torso up, out my shoulder to my fingers and waist down & out. This was better than a cup of water, this smudge would clear any lack, waning, or aching, if that happens, all of a sudden a burst of energy comes, a calm calm energy that helps you have even breathing, it creates a calm power packed energy all over your body. Like you sat down for a bit & got up ready to go. I also learned to breathe calmly, so the hills became my energy booster, downhill was a sweet breeze, running in at the end people fell. Which is bad, you never stop. It actually tears your heart coverings & muscles thus some drop dead. You have to walk it out. Another smudge moments and as u walk it out your body calms naturally without internal tears or pain. You have great power given you to restore yourself, your body. Simple energy work, drinking water, having pure thoughts, controlled thoughts to lift you. Thus it is powerful and empowers you. It also takes faith & humility. Do you see the virtues we were taught by our ancestors while you may believe we struggled, what was painful economically, due to poverty, government taking what they willed, cheating our people we were taught virtues to survive and I still do. I smudge still for well being, emotionally, spiritually & more. As you calm your thoughts and self doing this. It is a prayer against evil that comes into our bodies, our psychi & some we invite. It's so much about life and energy. Hope this lesson has a small impact at how I was taught.

Hi Dear Will, yes, smudge with your hands, you don't need all the gadgets. These are positive affirmations you are giving yourself, but do use the hand motions as it does ruffle away the negative up and out. Read about it scientifically how amazing Native Americans knew things like this long before the white folks. It came from God. Amen. I have a friend who is Cherokee and he's a part of the Western tribe. He gave me things to smudge with and basically told me what you've spoken about. I live in an apartment complex that used to be a Tuberculosis hospital that was turned into apartments in the 80s. So it definitely has spirits that are still lingering and have made their presence known. The first time I smudged there was soo much of a light feeling from before and it was a great feeling.

I love your name Grasshopper! Yikes did people die there and what a dumb question, probably but yes, I would smudge and allow everyone the joy of bringing forth the positive and getting rid of the negative. That might mean all those folks who had been lingering there. I would say they won't be hanging around now. This is a powerful tool for positivity and only what is negative will be removed. Enjoy and bask in the positivity of this smudging. Glad to hear you are doing this as it is a wonderful way to feel calm, see and feel the beauty, balance and harmony, Your body loves it and your spirit even more. Hugs from Navajo Grandma

@NavajoGrandma After I smudged the first time there was this strange feeling that felt very light. It was weird but nice at the same time. It's something that I will have to keep doing because I have had a few encounters inside the apartment and one right outside the apartment in the hallway. But as I mentioned, it was a hospital so I have to keep that in mind. I have often thought about smudging the hallway, but I don't want the neighbors to catch me and think I'm crazy. Lol

@@grasshopper25 You know what? I would do this during the night or when everyone has settled into their rooms or apartments. You can also say a prayer and cast out all evil spirits or spirits that do not belong in your home, room, that you command them to leave and not return. No matter whether this was a hospital or not. You have power over these spirits and command them to go to the light, or to be removed from your home. You can speak, "in the name of Jesus Christ, I command all evil spirits or spirits that do not belong in this home of mine, I command them to leave and not return that there is peace, beauty, balance and harmony put in their place. I speak this in and thru the name of Jesus Christ Amen." No matter where we go, gpa always uses prayer and commands all evil spirits or spirits that are not allowed in the hotel room we are sleeping in, that they are commanded to leave and not return that there is peace, safety, calm and goodness to fill the rooms. He commands this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. Prayer is so vital and it should always be your breathe. Pray in the hallways too so you don't always need to smudge there. This is your right to command evil from you or uninvited spirits. Wise counsel. Navajo Grandma

I was feeling very angry and sad the other day... :( I don’t know why, most likely the stresses of life. I smudged myself and recited a prayer 3 times and afterwords I was so exhausted and felt calm. My right ear started to ring loud for a little while... it was weird. But then my anger started to ease away. I’ve been searching for spiritual enlightenment and help. Thank you for this video/ lesson it’s going to help me with my journey. Hi pretty girl, I have felt just like that at times too. I am very proud of you though you felt down, you continued to smudge yourself, which is truly an extension of prayer my dear granddaughter. You know you are my granddaughter right, every one who has subscribed is my grandchild. So, from Grandma, think over the stresses because they are real, as you grow older, with greater understanding, the world could blow up and you will understand and still smile. Honest, I have to tell you, time does heal and makes us wiser. Its true. I am an A type of personality, and drove myself nuts. Now, I am calm as a breeze in the warm sunshine. Hormones don't help either. I became a witch from hell, sorry to use that honest word, when I went thru my change of life for 2 solid years. How I made it thru, heaven help us. But as life is for women, we are emotional, we want good in our lives, we would like our family, spouses, children to be human, kind and tender, forgiving, but guess what? You let it go. Paw Paw Paw. Or you will drive yourself nuts. I now say, "stop trying to change the world, start with yourself and oh my gosh, it works." I don't mean you let the house, work, and family go to you know where. You need to be first, be kind to yourself, if someone treats you wrong, say la vee right? Its their problem not yours sweetheart. I don't know what you are going through, it comes and goes. But most of all, be kind to yourself, love yourself, raise yourself above the fray, talk kind to yourself and its amazing how you will see the world, people, family. They may become idiots, but you can tell them, "your my idiots and I love you." "I really do." Its not easy but doable sweetheart. I send you my hugs and prayers that you will go thru all this with wisdom, loving who? "yourself." You matter most to you. Then the rest of the world, how else can you strengthen the world without strengthening yourself first. Love you. Hugs. Navajo Grandma

In tears!!! But God is good always! ❤ Suffering sad & remembering so much I wish I could forget. I choose to forgive. From when I fist understood words, from my mother, they were cruel words given with a smile and I suffered without anyone knowing it. My kids and I cared for her through cancer 5 years ago & she was still cruel, but no one around us ever knew. I have times still today where I weep and cry out, I have never heard loving or teaching words from her, but only from my grandma. I miss my grandma so much!!

Terribelle3, what a moving comment you sent to me. I was saddened for you as I too have gone thru stuff like this with my ex husband, my children and people in my church. They do not care to be kind only to those they want, yet in the same token they expect you the one who serves them and the one they stomp on to serve them as if it is our duty. Yet we with kind hearts still serve with love thru the mess. It has affected me thru the years myself, but I am still learning to let it run off like water off a duck's back. Easy to say right? I know. I pray you will watch this video time and time again. You need someone to be on your side and love and give you healing hugs. If I was there I would. I totally understand those painful tears now and then. Next, the part of the smudging is to again release the negativity and say this as you release the negative energy thru the crown of your head say this: "I happily & permanently release all unkind words of hate of any kind from any person. It has no place within me, as I am kind, loving, I have a happy heart, a kind loving heart, I can only find and see and feel goodness for myself and others. Also I forgive myself for paying heed to this negativity which I shall no longer allow within my loving spirit and soul. I desire to be happy, loving, kind and serving. As I do so I shall partake of the bounty of God's plan for me and I shall walk, run and not faint and the angel of death shall pass me by. I shall live with love, tenderness and prayer with gratitude for my Savior Jesus Christ for continually healing me. Amen pah pah pah. Find joy in your loving heart and good soul. You deserve to be happy and loved with kindness. Hugs always from Navajo Grandma. Pray always for peace, beauty, balance and harmony!! This is called Hozho in the Dine' way of life. Love you. My dear homeboysudaka thank you for watching this video. I pray you continue yourself, to bring negatives into positives into your sacred life. Pah Pah Pah. It is in using your own hands that the truly ruffle the energies within your body. Your body is made of energy and frequencies. Thus when you move your hands and ruffle outward you do change the energies from negative to positives. Using the juniper on the other hand is the opposite. The Juniper's scent takes positive ions and turn them into negative ions which is how it makes the air cleaner, purifies the air, disinfects the air etc. A little different but it works and it is so lovely to smell. I only and always say, if you are asthmatic be very careful. Otherwise eat the berry skins of the juniper berries and enjoy making jewelry from the seeds within. Thank you for being a stalwart soul never bending to the world. Your comments brought me faith and hope in humankind again. Love & hugs always. Navajo Grandma (also do not forget your new lease on life, take it and run within, yesterdays are gone, you need to forgive them, you can't change them, they are gone. Create a new life and do it your way with the Holy Ones and forgot to say, scientists looked into the smudging, but with your hands and found that it is true. We do have energies we can ruffle and that brought me joy that again, our ancestors taught us truths. Hugs again. Have a great Saturday. Navajo Grandma

Grandma loves you for giving service to your mother. Mothers tend to our every need as a child or we really wouldn't be alive. Later in life the roles do reverse and that is when it at times can be challenging as some mothers are set in their ways, honoree, but you have to see why as they are use to being themselves, alone, and all we do is to give unconditional love, listen, remain hopeful to them with also dressing them, or whatnot. Not an easy role but you will remember this as a blessing when your mother decides its time to move on and passes away. Smudge with strength, prayer, understanding, health, wisdom, patience, etc. Love you. Navajo Grandma

He did walk among us. I have been baptized into a church, but I do believe since we haven't been able to go to church, My testimony of Jesus Christ became my total foundation, not the church building and the people who go there in clicks and snub each other because one has more than the other. It happens in my church all the time. I was always puzzled, hey didn't you teach about Christ on Sunday, why do you think I am a scab now because I am Native? Never understood, but thanks for the pandemic, I realized it is Christ who we worship, not the churches, not the leaders, but Christ as He is literally the son of God. Remember also, there are Bishops, and teachers in the gospel, remember this, no matter how high of a calling they have, know this: "we will not hold any position even if we were the President of the USA, A Prime Minister, the Cardinal, "we will be judged as individuals, as sons and daughters of God, our titles will be nothing when we pass through the veil into the spirit world and when we stand before God." So as pompous as those are who have great callings in churches, boy do they have it coming if they are not living up to their callings that supposedly is to bless the sick and afflicted, help the needy, the homeless, etc. Most people become prideful and disgusting not the leaders they are suppose to be. Sorry, my church is full of these. I haven't gone to church for 4 to 5 months and have never had a greater testimony of Jesus Christ than ever before and even more. I read the scriptures, I pray, I serve my community, I love my family, make amends, repent, and follow Jesus Christ and I do what He did to the best of my ability. For this I love the Pandemic. It defined for me whom we all worship, Jesus Christ the son of God. How absolutely wonderful. Hooray for the pandemic in that sense. While everyone is running back to church, buying new clothes to look better in front of their neighbors, to back bite, to pretend they are saints, etc., I am happily home with my Savior and closer to Him than ever. Now if I know I am needed for some reason to be at church, or to go to the Temple, I will. But not to wear my shiny shoes and look better than others. Sorry, that is all I saw. Sick. But true. I love my Savior, Jesus Christ, I so look forward to seeing him again during the Second Coming. He did walk among us and he taught us how to use nature to bless and heal us and for sustenance. My grandfather taught this to me as his ancestors knew of the 12 apostles and they have Dine' names for them, they describe the crucifixion to the T and and know where our ancestors came from and how they came to this Turtle Island. I know these things I learned from my ancestors to be true, I can not ever deny it. I know Jesus Christ is my Savior, He is the son of God, the Holy Ghost bears witness of all truth to us. They are so important. It is through them we all shall have eternal life. Truly. Amen. My hugs and love to you as you come to yourself. Navajo Grandma

@@jazdelamor KESHHI, Grandma loves you Jaz. I guess I didn’t tell you, my paternal grandfather (my NALI) married a Zuni, thus my Dine’ clan is Naashte’zhi which means Zuni. She was my Bizhi who died when my dad was 2 years old in 1920’s. Gpa (NALI) remarried to a Dine’ woman my Bizhi whom raised me and is my heart. Just an fyi. I was there at Zuni when the old pueblos were still intact, just like Taos Pueblo, Jemez Pueblo use to be. No more. I am grateful that my eyes saw or have seen when the pueblos were still the way they were anciently. Beautiful in their regalia on a daily basis, speaking their language, singing, keeping with traditions that were treated as holy as they were meant to be. I ran thru the streets and played with other Zuni children, so fun as well as in Jemez Pueblo and Taos Pueblo as they once were. I long for those days when feast days wasn’t just eating, it was the kind acts of giving to all and strangers who came to participate. It was a form of family you found and those days are now long gone. Now, Pueblos chase you out and yell at you if you walk their streets, throw their dish water or bucket of water thrown on strangers, nasty words said in English, even when you buy their wares. It never was like that. Maybe in my innocence I saw and believed that kindness would always remain. As back then the pueblos knew my NALI & Bizhi for her weaving & trading. We were always welcomed in Zuni as my fathers mother came from there, now folks shun you to talk to you. It’s just gone. I have always treated these pueblos with love, I have gone to the homes of the posterity of those gone brought meat, fruit, corn as the corn fields are small now and only for their families, I bring chili, fruits that are beautifully grown by true growers that are not riddled with chemicals. Yet they laugh at me when I tell them of their grandparents who were welcoming n traded with my NALI. They take it and stare at me as if I am stupid for doing this kindness. Once I asked if I could purchase an oven bread in remembrance of when I was a child, how wonderful it tasted, I was told, “this is for our family, we do not sell it” as they have the pile of food I reverenced to give them in front of them. I left and wept in the car. I do not go there anymore. We drive thru I tell gpa about where I use to play as we drive thru all these pueblos and leave the pueblos to themselves. How utterly sad. I miss the old days. They say toward the end of time before our Savior returns many hearts will become hardened and cold and I see that in the present horrible Biden Government in my Navajo Nation and abroad thru out the lands and other countries. But thru it all I seek to be a good woman filled with the love and giving with kindness as I was shown by our ancestors, grandparents of old in the pueblos and eastern Navajo Agency in NM. We need to be a kind representative for and of Christ as our grandparents were. So long of a response but I am sure you understand unlike most. Hugs always from Navajo Grandma…Ahehee. Elahkwa.

I was thinking about what you said regarding Jesus , and all tribes speaking of him , in the Mexica culture we called him Quetzalcoatl (feathered serpent )
He taught our people about art , Culture , language , among many other things.
I have also learned that this term was given to an individual(man/woman ) who possessed the highest of knowledge in the tribe, there have been many people of knowledge through time . I wonder if its connected somehow ? No one in my family knows anything about our traditions or even our people , still have so many other pieces of the puzzle to put together but I have noticed a lot of Similarities with the tribes and their stories here and there .

Iris, your language is almost like a melody to say. Yes, I know the name you called Jesus Christ. He did walk the Americas, he did teach us all, every tribe, as when he was going back to heaven, so many tribal members wept. They didn't want him to leave, thus, he told them to bring forth their sick, maimed, ill, all who needed to be healed which they did and he healed them all. Then he spent time with them and taught them what you said about the herbs for sickness, health and well being, etc. Thus he went from tribe to tribe saying farewell, blessing them, teaching them, healing them, showing forth his great love and prayed for each of them. Our people were those whom he stayed with, ate with, cared about, how blessed are we? Very. I love my Savior as He is my God who created this world for us, for our learning and experience. Praised be His name, Jesus Christ. Because I do Native American genealogy research and have traveled the Continental USA, each tribe has their own stories, it is so heart warming and the familiarity is so powerful. Pray always and keep Him in your life for He is the one who is returning soon. Prepare to meet Him again. I so look forward to running to Him, to bath his feet with my tears, to thank Him for His life he gave to me, being my Redeemer, then feeling the prints of the nail prints in His hand, Feet and His side where the sword was thrust. I honor my Savior. I hope you feel my testimony of Him. Thank you sister Iris, for your precious comment. Hugs always. Navajo Grandma

Yes nana you’re right, the stories I’ve heard say he would return ,
your perspective is sooo beautiful and sincere ,
for a long time especially after I learned out what the church did to our people and many other indigenous peoples,I wanted nothing do with them or Jesus , I was so angry , honestly still am , but I am praying to grow and heal,
so that I may see things clearly and not through anger .. because I understand that anger is a poison .
I do believe In creator and now that I’ve heard many elders speak about the church and how a lot of our traditions were infused /hidden within the church itself so that our traditions would survive ,I realized that creator is god and that’s no matter what name we call him he is the same person our ancestors spoke of so because of this my heart is more at peace and my love for creator grows and grows . We are blessed to have had ancestors who walked and spent time with him and I hope maybe one day we will too 💛

Susan, no it doesn't but if it is it will fire up and just be careful. Get it on fire for the smoke, not the fire. Douse the flames and let it smoke. Thank you for asking. Happy Valentine's Day. Navajo Grandma

Hi there Caliboy, thank you for subscribing and most have said the same thing. "I don't know how I found you but I am staying." LOL! I love the way the good of the earth surrounds us and makes it look like it just happened. But things do happen for a reason. This video for one as you may need to let go of your negativity as you are probably one of the great leaders that is needed to bring back the values, the goodness of God and political sanity, the nationalism lost, the spirit of America and so forth. Here as you smudge you learn that you have to let go of negativity, to clear your shakra as they say, that you may open your heart and spirit to what is true not the lies paraded before us now. We do need to stand up to what is right and it does still exist. Not long from now there will be more turmoil than you will have ever seen and the end of days are near. We need to prepare. It doesn't sound fun but we need to be right mentally, psychologically, spiritually, physically and emotionally etc. You start by forgiving yourself, valuing yourself so you may value others. Whether you believe in God or not, He does live, He does exist and He also does have a son called Jesus Christ and there is also the spiritual aspect called the Holy Ghost who is a divine spirit who does bear witness to you and all you desire that is of all truth only. Anytime you want to know if what you heard, saw or read is true, you ask God. He will answer you. So Navajo Grandma is not a Christian, only in the ways of the white folks. But we as a Navajo (Dine') people and in our family line we were taught all that the Christians preach. We knew these things long before we came here. You might or might not know where Chaco Canyon is, well that is where my Nali (Paternal Gpa) would always stop us in the wagon and he would turn and say, there is where the son of God stood and blessed, raised the dead, taught goodness and what medicines we should use when he no longer was with us to heal ourselves thru the natural plants etc. He spoke this is Dine' Bizaad which is the Navajo language. This is our oral history and again, no one dares to bring this out and I am. This is the real history of our people from whence we came across the great waters in the East. We never came thru the Bering Strait. Its all hooey. When they say "those who win the wars are the ones who write the history," this is true. They have the power and control. So be careful what you hear, see and read. Like Grandma said, pray about it and ask God if what you see, hear and read is true. You will get an answer. You will feel it and know it. This is for all things. Like marriage, the person you are with, what you do and where you go. Is it good. Is it right is it what is meant for you. If not then you will find the Hozho Grandma explains which is: "peace, beauty, balance and harmony," which is what all Navajo's have sought for when ill, when going astray and usually they get the Medicine man to do this ritual for them to bring them back into harmony. Which, of course, depends upon us as well. There is a lot to learn but if you do not agree, I say go find what fits you and live it with honesty. Again otherwise grandma always prays for you and welcomes you with open arms. There is never no one like our Grandma's. They are deadly honest and full of forgiveness and love. Their smile always wakes us up to knowing we are loved and needed. I hope you value your grandmother and take the time to sit and listen to her wisdom. Hugs always from Navajo Grandma

Its trippy to hear truth from real people as you read grandma's response to you. But what grandma speaks is true and from the heart. NG

Hello Navajo Grandmother, I agree with what you posted. I ask our Creator God for guidance everyday because I need it and there is no other way. I believe in his son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. There are definitely signs of times happening now.
I know “Truth” when I hear it. If it resonates with my "being", I accept it, if not I don’t. What you posted is the Truth and I appreciate hearing it very much.
I was a grandma’s boy and I was probably her favorite. I say this because as adults my cousins don’t share the same stories of our grandmother as I. I happen to have a good memory.
I remember them running through her garden as I was watering it when they came from out of town (big City) to visit. It was disrespectful trampling grandma’s garden, she worked hard in it, so I did let my grandmother know, and they got a scolding.
I was helpful, obedient, respectful and loving to her. She was “Love” to me.
Since childhood I have always been drawn to elders that speak wisdom, love and light and I still am.
My grandmother was a healer and she healed both animals and humans when sick or injured. I remember many times family members and people from the small town would go to her when they were ill or having life’s issues (mental) grandma always knew what to say, she prepared some type of healing drink in the form of a herbal tea and would massage the anxiety, sadness or pain they were experiencing away.
Of course, I didn’t understand what was happening at the time. I was too little but as I grew older, I understood. My grandmother is no longer here on earth with us, but I know she watches over me.
I know one day we will all be reunited again. Certain things, sounds, scents, reminds me of my wonderful grandmother and can instantly bring me back in time. Now, I prepare certain foods from scratch that she made and I learned to CAN preserves like she did. I keep certain traditions alive and it gives me joy, because I do it in her honor.
Thank you for taking the time to teach those of us who want to learn from you. I appreciate you.

Hi there Michael, yes these are teachings that I learned when I was given to Shi Nali and Shi Bizhi out in Pueblo Pintado at 18 months old and was there until I turned 10. Actually I went to school in Aztec and always went back during the summers to be with Shi Nali and Shi Bizhi. They taught me in my formative years and I have always wanted a way to share this knowledge until one day my son, your cousin, Keaka asked me to make videos of so many things I taught him when he was little. He said, "your voice rings in my mind about stories and what you did when you were little at your grandparents out in the reservation, so you have an opportunity here." I had been thinking about that so when he mentioned it, it was perfect and I moved forward with it. So far so good. Its been a great blessing for many throughout the world who watch Navajo Grandma from Russia, Germany, Tibet, Uruguay, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Philippines, India, Sweden, Ireland, Australia, Korea, China, Africa, Israel, Albania, England, Wales, Canada and more. I love all my subscribers and hope one day to reach a million subscribers. Schools, colleges and universities use my videos and teach our Navajo culture. This opened my eyes that I am making a good difference in the lives of others and it brings me joy and feelings of Hozho. I am grateful for the talents and abilities afforded me through my Paternal and Maternal grandparents and my Mom and Dad. So thankful. Please share and let other family members watch that they may learn and remember. I remember your brothers and sisters saying the Pledge of Allegiance in Navajo and it just brought tears to my eyes. So precious. Thank you Mike. Take good care and hope your holidays are wonderful. Hugs from Auntie Navajo Grandma (I hear your dad is feeling and getting better, that is what I hear)

You are so welcome. Our bodies are made of energy and vibrations are in all things, We are elements made from God's wondrous design, and frequencies that heal us. It is wonderful to know that what we Navajo people do using our hands actually move the negative energies up and out and let in the positive energies. Scientists have proven this truly happens. You can move energy around with your hands. I pray you have a wonderful day and hope you take advantage of this day being the first day of the rest of your life. Make it wonderful as you do have a new lease on life!! Permission is powerful and empowering. Healthy hugs from Navajo Grandma
