I plan to do something similar… I have just a shell any suggestions on where to find blueprints for chassis
No idea. My buddy is the mastermind behind all the fabrication I just come by to look at the cool stuff he builds
Definitely a rzr with an extended chassis with a bug body on
Too heavy. Body should be fiberglass or carbon fiber. Now that WOULD be cool... and light.
I don't need a RZR to build this, just an old reasonably well built dune buggy or sand rail and a bug body. RZR's are cool but under powered for this much weight.
Are you going to install lights and a winch? Also, you can use the rear box for a trunk.

Do you know how much weight has been added after all this work? Just curious been trying to plan a build similar to this one.
I don’t know numbers but he said after everything was done he didn’t notice any power loss because of the weight really. Good luck on the build.

Not a fan of the box on the back but, otherwise, that thing is sick. I’ve been watching COPART for a crashed RZR, but never thought about a bug body. Hmmm
