Seeing this actually cleared up some things. The way you broke it down was good as well ex: when you broke down that his feet were pointing the same way in the middle. I wouldn’t have seen that otherwise.

Sometimes I just move the video back and forth just a couple of frames at a time and start to notice things. Now whether or not that's what the athlete's trying to do we can only guess!😂
