Boulet boots are made in Canada and as far as I know they never made a narrower width that was less then a "E" or "EE". I remember they used to make boots with a beaver tail vamp and those were cool boots. I tried to fit a pair of them and they were too wide and floppy. The retail shop contacted Boulet and they said they did not make narrower boots - like a "D", "C" or "B". So these nice boots were out of reach due to Boulet's preference of making wider boots for their customers.
Suggest to your brother he could look at Dan Post boots or Lucchese boots as they produce narrower boots. And he may find some Tony Lama boots in a narrower width - but they are less common.
Yeah it's weird they say that. I have a pair of D width Boulets and my brother has a C width. They're out there so I find it strange that Boulet doesn't recognize them.

I felt I was actually there myself observing you and your family boot shopping. lol. Boulet Boots Factory is close by where I live here in Canada but I was amazed that your boots were only $280 (I saw the price tag on box)....great price ! I probably be paying almost $400 Canadian. My Tan coloured Ostrich Boots leather is amazing but got stained so easy from a few drops of oil that I definitely would feel safer to buy the black or dark brown Ostrich next time.

I got lucky and found a pair of Tony Lama ostrich boots with the riding heel for half price in my size. Usually sooo expensive. I even get compliments from strangers on them. Guess they don't see that many cowboy boots in Philly!

Those are some sweet Ostrich boots! Have Levi check out Dan Post boots. I've always found those to run smaller/narrower than most brands. A "D" width in Dan Post may work for him.

Just ran across a couple of your videos. I was researching cowboy boot heels......so I could describe what I wanted when I go boot shopping. ANYWAY, yeah, this is the heel I like. In your other video you said some cons about them being hard to wear.....and about height I'm 6'2", so then, I guess, I become 6'3". Never really thought about that.
I digress. The other video discussing the heel. I have spinal stenosis in from S1-S3. Yeahhhh, it suks. No for ME wearing cowboy boots makes me stand more erect, walk different and actually eases the pain on my back.

What do you think about engineer boots? Do you think they as stylish as cowboy boots? If so are planning on getting a pair in the near future?
I think engineer boots are awesome. Love the look of the buckle but I think I would get a pair of harness cowboy boots before I got a pair of engineer boots. That's just more my style. I guess cowboy boots have a little bit more versatility for me cuz I can get dressed up and still wear them at a wedding or something but also wear them for casual occasions.
Those look like boots styled for the Zpaw but maybe without the necessary longevity or ease of maintenance.

Standard cowboy heel at 1 3/8 I believe. I liked the ropers because of how they went on and because I don't have that style yet but you're right, I couldn't help myself with those ostrich. Also found those ropers online for cheaper than in store so I might have to get those for myself sometime soon...

Thanks! The black cherry was my first option until I saw the newer black cherry that was in my size. It was more brownish. I didn't really like the color of it.

Not sure what Levi's preferences are, but I've found when I find a pair that may seem just about right, but maybe a bit of slippage. Changing the insoles does wonders. Especially if the boot has a built in insole and not an interchangeable one. Ariat makes amazing insoles for any toe that'll fit right in, even on top of built-in insoles. It helps narrow that gap for me because my left foot is measured for an 11 but my right is more like an 11.5 so the insert trick does magic.

They do but it depends on the distributer. Boulet rarely sells direct. They are old fashioned and annoying like that
If Levi’s not homophobic, have him try for a gender neutral ladies boot if at all possible. Just go up a size or two from the men’s boot
If he wears a men's size 10 he'd wear a woman's size 11 or 11.5.

Those boulet's are pretty,but I don't know if I would allow myself to buy myself boots from a non Texan company. No disrespect to other places and im sure the quality is superb. None the less, texas first for me.
