Yamaha AV Receiver Firmware Update

thanks, I update the RX-V575 firmware from 1.26 to 1.34 and lost the Radio Net function for radio stations and the Yamaha Controller app lost the connection with the Receiver. Can you help me to restore its functionality? thanks in advance

My RX-V467 doesn't have USB and the only internet I have is from phone to laptop. Can I update firmware from pc via HDMI. If so can you tell me the steps for this method please as I cant find it anywhere on internet
