Thnx ! The battle continues...I am actually sorry to hear L.A. County absorbed Vernon. Vernon Fire Department has a long great history of being independent. Unique industrial city also, many large fires back in the day. I also miss thier older Mack and newer Seagrave pumpers ! The uniqueness is now gone !
@@sabbathfan1969 oh wow, ok, yeah it had to be recent because I used to pass through the city of Vernon all the time, even worked out there briefly, and I used to see one one of their fire stations right there off of Santa Fe Ave and I think Vernon Ave to be exact. I remember when Inglewood Fire Dept got absorbed by the County a little over 20 years ago, I don't know, it seems like it kinda makes sense because these cities are too small and their budget might not be enough to maintain their own police and Fire Depts.
nice coverage....When Vernon decided to have LA county do fire protection did Vernon loose any stations due to close proximity to a County station all ready in service or like Ingelwood kept there stations intact ...Think one briefly closed but since reopened in the Ingelwood area
Excellent coverage. Thanks for your professional work!
Great job Los Angeles County 🚒👍👍 , I'm happy that LA County fire department absorbed Vernon fire department! Thanks for the video, good footage!!

Oh wow, so Vernon no longer has their own fire Dept anymore? The county absorbed them? When did this happen?
@@WLAs_Finest3x I believe about a month or two ago.
