Steve is also a great tutor. I gained my intermediate licence and will be taking my exam for the full in the new year. All with Sreve as the lead tutor, helped by a great team of mentors. A great vid and is certainly worthwhile highlighting.
Great work Jonathan. 👍🏻 Didn't know about this. Maybe it should be sent out with the license or in the handbook. Shame I am on my 2/3 year. Motters M7TRS 73 👍🏻
@Jonathan M0JSX During lockdown I surfed RSGB site and happened to find it, although it is not that easy to locate. 40 and 20m proved easy, plenty of contests, but I struggled with 17 and 2m
Hah! I have about 1 month to go until the anniversary of passing 2E0. 25 contacts per week.. that's doable. EFHW that gives me 40,20,15,10... not so much. Definitely agree this is a great award to go for though.
@@M0JSX Actually probably more feasible than I thought. I'm not starting from scratch am I - I can use logged contacts from the last year, so 40 is done. Just need to get on 30 & 17. Already have 15 QSOs on each, so 10 more to go, and I've got a Roly coil for the DXC to get me on 80. This can be done.

Oh! I think I'll rattle a video off tomorow about this. Well spotted Jonathan!
Thanks Cal!

Love the Christmas Jumper!
Thanks Simon. One from the vast collection!
Thanks Jonathan worth subscribing to your channel just for that info alone
I am the proud recipient of the foundation gold award, took some doing but the sense of satisfaction was worth it. MM7DMW
Good going, David. Fine business. That's not all that easy if you have to do SSB and not just sit on FT8. Intermediate award next?
Excellent stuff David! Out of interest how did you discover the award?

I’ve had it for years, but I’m sure they are still available online.
