I first saw Sammy in VH in the UK in 1992. He still sounds as good today and the fact that he and Michael Anthony are still making music and playing live is so special. We will never see there kind again, we have been blessed. 🤘

There are only a few of us HARDCORE Hagar fans left who remember him as the guitarist he was, and this video proves that although he has spent the last 40 or so years as a lead singer, he can STILL play that guitar like nobody’s business! Cannot wait to see him in Rogers Arkansas next August!
Gotta say.. for all the naysayers who thought MA couldn’t play… this video puts that bullshit to rest. Also, I saw VH on the 5150 tour and SH played a ton of guitar. It was interesting to see EVH (RIP) with another guitarist. Gave me an interesting perspective.
