Kendra, you’re so right about keto way of eating being super healthy. I tried it last year for a few months not to lose weight, but to quit sugar & bad carbs to feel better. My arthritis pain disappeared too. I didn’t know that I could eat so many calories though and got too thin. However after seeing all the food you have daily, think I will go back to it. Thanks for sharing 💕
Yeah, time to listen to your body (which again, took me 51 years) and I justveat when I am hungry and until I am full. My husband was shocked sometimes how much I ate! Keep me updated on when and how it goes! Isn't it amazing about the aches gone???
I have lost 56 #’s since last April on z medical why. Loss systems WTH some foods and bars many things are gmo. I now have worse cholesterol and was hospitalized for dizziness weakness and equilibrium off was in Er and put in arm. Immediately they drew lab work troponin l😂veld way too high heart echo showed nothing carotid ultrasound showed

The thing is we all are going to die . Have you read book by gen Stephens : fast feast repeat ? U eat all whole foods but u fast ! U eat cake but fast
Yep, we are all going to die, but I don't like the way I feel when I eat cake. It's not about weight, it's about how I feel. I have no pain, I can workout for hours, walk for miles and still have energy! I do think there are benefits to living in a fasted state, I just do want cake, such empty calories and slowly kills you. Did u read the 1967 studies in my description?
I kinda do that, high fat days, low fat days....
