If there's a boot barn store close to you, they have cap brushes for around $2-$5 and it comes in a set of 2. It's orange so easier to wash, since you can see the dirt collecting on it better than the black cap brushes. And I'd also recommend buying a horse hair brush (that they sell there also) to get into the fibers better. (They also sell hat stretchers if you want to stretch your fitted hat)

Would that stain removal work on an offwhite hat or would it ruin the hat? I’ve accumulated some black spots on my hat from removing it and what not

So I kept the 59fifty sticker on the brim of my hat and want to take it off but if I do it leaves a big sticker stain. Anyways I can clean it?
I usually just buy a new one and throw my old one in the wash and it becomes my new work hat. I'ma try this out cause I got a new Eagles hat that is a custom one and I'm not ready to ruin it yet by throwing it in the washer. Thank you for just getting to the point btw. I would consider shampoo for any headband stains. Works great for neck collars too. Rub in some shampoo and throw the shirt in the wash.

How do i take white sweat stain out a black fitted hat
I just tried cleaning one of my hats but it seems like the color of the under visor bled thru to the actual brim and the top portion of the fitted is there anyone that might know what to do in this type of situation ?
Depending on the colors the brand RIT has this stuff calling "bright white" and it works well for colors that have "melted" into others if it's white.
If not I know walmart carries stuff for color bleeding as well. I haven't tried them yet but I would assume they have to work for someone out there lol. Sorry if this isn't helpful. Hopefully you get it figured out and I pray I don't have this issue as I'm trying to surprise my boyfriend by washing his hats and getting them all new.

anybody know how to clean dusty hats? like literally all brand new not dirty just dusty from letting me sit out for like a year lol. tried the lint roller trick but doesn’t really pick up the small dust specks and don’t really wanna all out wet & wash em since they’re still brand new not dirty. would compresses air work?
Try a hat brush out. I did an updated video with HatClub there might be some items there that can help you out
Try a vacuum cleaner starting at the lowest setting with a plastic crevice attachment.. some hats ill use a big towel and roll it up/stuff it in the hat to make it bit easier. *Be as cautious as possible* then use the lint roller on the regular ✌️✌️

That sounds extremely unfortunate and I would recommend throwing it out before the mold spreads to your other apparel

Ive bee putting dryers in my shoes my whole life. My dad made me put one in every time. Feet always smell good.
Personally I would mix detergent with warm water

Hey don't use Dawn it's a degreaser. It will bleed the ink from your hat unless it's an all white hat

What if the detergent leaves a blue stain on the brim
You probably didn't dilute it enough. It's best to not put detergent on the product without dilution. I would keep lightly scrubbing it with water until it comes out. Hope that helps.

You can but sometimes it can damage a fitted so purchase the case designed for holding fitteds while putting it in the washer or dryer

Tofu I wouldn't do that. It can fade the color. And destroy the sturdiness of the hat. Just maintenance like this guy is saying will do the trick. The lint roller works really well for fitted hats. Takes off the dirt and lint, will give your hat a refreshed look. Then also you can use that hat brush like he had on here to get rid of excess dirt.
