Dan Ptaszek you can actually. The gym I worked with has more flat benches than incline, so I put plates under the bench to get the right amount of angle I want for an incline dumbell chest press.
@@OperationEndGame Yes, the mobile benches used for dumbbells can be adjusted using plates. However, this isn't the case for the fixed barbell incline bench presses that many gyms have.
@@romanseminogov9604 Thank you for making this reference. @NEZ Ah, yes. 'conditioning' The great bane of Classic Physique. Why? Because 'conditioning' as we now know it simply wasn't a factor back in the day. Ga zo door! Ik hoop dat je een grote show wint! Ik ben net in LA geweest bij Gold’s Gym...als fan van Arnold is dat wel gaaf. Des te meer reden dat ik hoop dat je de Arnold Classic wint💪
When doing the French press on a flat bench it hurts my shoulder a bit but on a slightly decline it feels a bit better. Is there any perticular reason for that? I don't think the weight was too heavy much appreciated
Great vids! Do you have any advice for badly strained abdominals? No hernia found but pain has been awful for a year and and a half. Trying my best to strengthen the and but so painful day and night.

Can you explain the difference between starting from heavy weights and going down to light ones and vice versa? I normally do light to heavy but recently started to go from heavy to light and see more results. Could it be that my body is acustomed to it and the change makes a difference? Thanks
That was a well targeted chest workout it's ironic how the bodybuilders off the 70,s to the 80,s had the best chest development off all time know we're day's they are completely dependent on the drugs and machine's to achieve there result's like bodybuilders off know lack quality rather then quantity back in the day they just relied on the fundamentals with emphasising the most use out off specific equipment wether that be dumbbells or barbells
Nice to see you practicing a true vacuum using your transverse, instead of diaphragm vacuum with held breath (and no benefit) like many classic division bodybuilders do nowadays. Oh and great job on dat back thiCKness ! 👍🏼
I have a question for anyone who can answer! How can you track your progress if you are constantly switching up your workouts? Right now I'm tracking total volume for each lift, and trying to increase it over time. But how is this possible if you change what you do so frequently?
Great looking physic. Arnold said he would be competing in the open if he was competing today. With your size, you might consider the same your a big person with great lines 20 to 30 lbs. would look great on your frame. Lots of luck on whatever you consider.
Easy convert: Double the weight, move the decimal place 1 spot back, add that.
Example: 65kg to lb.
65 x 2 = 130
Move decimal: 13.0
130 + 13 = 143lb.
65kg = 143lb.
JamesShomaker just multiply it by 2.2 lol
Thanks

unfortunately my gym only goes up to 125lb dumbbells which is like 56kg or id try more lol

Been training for 16 years and I use 50 kg dumbells incline. Just give it time and pay attention to the ROM and contraction.

It really has holy fuck
The problem with most incline benches is that they are at to extreme of an incline. A slight incline is awesome.
Thats what John Meadows always says too 💪 slight incline around 20-30°
You put plates under the bech if you want small increments of incline.
@@OperationEndGame Can't do that with fixed incline barbell bench presses that many gyms have.
