Lol, Not both of you riding a Panda vehicle in the middle of a children's amusement park. I love it. I didn't know about that place at all. It looks so retro, yet so much fun!
There’s something about your vlogs in Japan that just feel so wonderfully different. Even with the touristy attractions, there’s just this sense of calm bewilderment. It reminds me of my first trip to Japan! Thank you for sharing these adventures. ☺️
I always look forward to your content, but I especially love Japan, so I've been eagerly waiting since I watched the packing video!!! The strawberry place you went to in Asakusa is my favorite! It's family owned and the owners brother owns a strawberry farm that supplies the strawberries. The 91year old grandma gave us some free strawberry candies, such a sweet small business to support, I'm glad you guys went!
When I saw the two of guy riding the panda car, it finally dawned on me: The reason why I like you guys so much is the pure heart. When you see something fun you just go for it! You never feel ashamed. Your inner child is alive and well and I hope it will always stay that way ❤
you guys are seriously my comfort channel, coming home after a long day of work and seeing your upload just made my night. thank you for all the effort you guys put into your uploads and wonderful content :')
To your comment about the fruit being better in Japan, that is true. Indeed, most of the quality of the produce, even the rice, is better in Japan. I think Japan is one of the countries around the world where the quality of the food matters more than anything. It reminds me that there was a Japanese animation I used to watch, and one of the episodes was titled “Japanese Food Abroad is Equivalent to Cafeteria Food in Japan”. Also, there are incredibly expensive produce gift sets you can purchase in Japan, but the quality of that produce is apparently even better than the normal Japanese produce if you can believe it. Also, I love that you show off places in Japan that most other English-speaking vloggers in Japan do not necessarily show off. Just goes to show just how much there is to do in Tokyo alone.
By the way….., have both of you ever tried the local Japanese YAKI-SOBA (stir-fried noodles) ? Try the local Japanese eateries and go for the TON-KOTSU RAMEN, KATSU-TON (Deep fried pork over rice with soft scrambled eggs) and TON-KATSU (Deep fried pork with rice 🍚 and shredded cabbage on the side).
Your Japanese content is always awesome! I love how you showcase Tokyo, the people, the food scene (drool)and how amazing Japan is!!! I understand Tokyo Disney is the draw, but sometimes I kinda like the real Japan vlogs a teeny bit more. And I love that you do it over multiple vlogs, not just one and done. Thank goodness you allow us to tag along on, thanks!
Haven’t finished watching the video yet, but so excited to finish it! Just wanted to pop into the comments and mention the Starbucks offerings! On my recent trip to Japan, we grabbed their ham and cheese baguette as a quick breakfast before a hike outside of Osaka. They warmed it for us but we didn’t eat it until awhile later, when we arrived at our destination. Even though it had cooled, it was SO good! The baguette was so soft and fresh and the rest of the sandwich was simple, but tasty! We were so surprised. We also loved Asakusa and only wish we’d spent more time there (and tried more tummy treats!) So I was delighted to see that you visited this magical neighbourhood on your recent trip!
Love that you guys are back!! Watched your series from last year to inspire my own trip back in April and it was so fun to watch. Can't wait to see what else you guys do in Japan! :)
I Can't Wait to Try Starbucks in Japanese (Do They have Pasion or Black Tea There?). My Favorite Part of this Tokyo Vlog is Where Kitra was Dozing Off, The Old Theme Park Reminds Me of the Orange Country Fairs and the Panda Bear Covered in Lights (I'm Imagining Kitra would have Said "Get in Loser, We're Riding on the Panda Bear). And Tokyo Skytower is Breathtaking. Can't Wait for More Japan Vlogs of 2024.
If you go to a coffee shop you should be able to get a "Morning Service" which is a type of breakfast. It might have toast, sweet bean paste, coffee/tea. Sometimes an egg would be included too. Every shop is different of course.
Yay! I was waiting for this! Then I see you drinking Calpis…and I laughed because it’s sounds like you’re saying “cow piss”. I know I’m going to be very hungry by the end of this video. I think we should go to our favorite ramen place before shopping at Trader Joe’s today.
Japan is top of our list of places we’d love to go but unfortunately i don’t think we ever will-so we’ll just have to watch you two lovelies enjoying Japan instead ❤
My goodness, I do love the "on the ground" experience you guys provide. It is so immersive and enjoyable and relatable. These vids provide such a cool pov that help inform the rest of us, what is possible and achievable especially if we might be afraid of travel to places we don't speak the language. Tho I did see others do the Mario Kart tour of Tokyo which looked wild but something I'd totally want to do.
I went last year and my favorite shrine was the Meiji Jingu Shinto Shrine. They have a full museum on the way out, yoyogi park and a sake barrel wall . As well as all the fun Harajuku shops. Great video! Japan is so fun! Hopefully you’re hitting up Kyoto which was my favorite city to visit.
We were in Japan end of October and early November for our honeymoon. I wonder if we were there the same time as you! Love the videos ❤️ so happy you made it back to Japan!
Hi, good morning 🌅 to both of you from Hong Kong 🇭🇰 SAR. Will you both be re-visiting Tokyo Disneyland again to see what new attractions it has added to?
OMG, how fun! You did a great job taking us along on your first day adventure. The variety of tasty treats and the affordability…. I had no idea. I am afraid of heights so if I did make it up to both levels, I think I would have to sit on the floor once there just to not freak out. Very cool amusement park. Thank you!❤
Omg, Kitra! I’m am loving your nails. 💅 ❤ They are gorgeous. And Peter, you’re looking especially dapper with your newly groomed hair/face. 😊 As always, thanks for sharing your adventures with us! ✌🏻🥰😃
One of our favorite parts of Tokyo when we visited last year was Asakusa and I'm so glad y'all went to check it out. Lots of history there. I screamed when you skipped out on the Cremia (the aesthetically pleasing ice cream.) We tried it at Kinosaki Onsen and it was one of the most delicious ice cream we have tried. It's made with Hokkaido milk and 12% fat, making it super creamy. And Hanayashiki park is such a cute place wasn't it!? It was cool to ride those cute pandas. That magic show sounded so unique too.
Was waiting for the next video of your trip and that made me realize I was not subscribed. Don't worry I quickly remedied that issue!! Can't wait for Day 2! 🙂
I love when you guys go to Japan. I'm 1/2 Japanese and have gone to Japan once! A good place to go to in Los Angeles is Tokyo Central Gardena on Artesia Blvd. You can get some of those goodies there. The Calpis is called Calpico here. It used to be called Ambasa when I went to Japan when I was 16 years old and it took me years to find it in LA. Keep these videos coming!
You know, it’s pretty funny. I just got back from my Japan trip the other day and was literally eating one of those pancakes with filling while I was watching this! lol. 😂 Except this one I got from Don Quixote and it was shaped like a Taiyaki with added cream filling to the paste. 10/10 recommend. ❤
We have those animal rides at one of our big malls! It was always a must do when our son was younger. Still have the videos of him riding, sometimes into other shoppers 😂.
I lived in Japan for 4 years and I love seeing y'all there! And yes, I was little concerned about something called Calpis would taste like lol same with Pocari Sweat
Hi, again. China 🇨🇳, also has these tourists spots with glass-bottomed high suspension bridges over deep canyons. Some of them produce ‘artificial’ cracks on the glass that it’s literally pretty amazing and scary, too . But you two must try to go to these suspension bridges in China 🇨🇳 !
That food, omg yummmmmm!!!!!!!!!! I’ve got to say how brave you are going up in those towers. Sooooo high up Wow!!! Those mugs at Starbucks were super cute and the panda rides, I loved that you did that!!! You guys are the BEST!!!!!!!!! 💚💜💚💜
Great vlog, I don’t blame you for wanting to give everything a 5. I think Japan is the exception for the rule. Also Peter you’re looking fit dude, way to go! I know first hand it’s so hard, but the momentum is real motivating. How big was the difference in trekking around Japan now than compared to your first time?

Lol, Not both of you riding a Panda vehicle in the middle of a children's amusement park. I love it.
I didn't know about that place at all. It looks so retro, yet so much fun!
No matter what else you do, riding that panda will be the best ever! I laughed so much at Peter sneaking a ride while Kitra was in the bathroom 😂😂😂
😝
There’s something about your vlogs in Japan that just feel so wonderfully different. Even with the touristy attractions, there’s just this sense of calm bewilderment. It reminds me of my first trip to Japan! Thank you for sharing these adventures. ☺️
☺️ thanks
Thank you for the wonderful video of Japan's oldest amusement park and food stall gourmet tour 👍
I always look forward to your content, but I especially love Japan, so I've been eagerly waiting since I watched the packing video!!! The strawberry place you went to in Asakusa is my favorite! Good to see you are still around!

We haven’t tried yaki soba yet
Ah, my favorite youtubers! So happy you guys are back in Japan. I cant wait for these upcoming videos! Happy Thanksgiving 🍽
Yay! Thank you!
Do try all these Japanese local eateries : YAKI SOBA, TON-KOTSU RAMEN, KATSU TON, and TON-KATSU.
👍
I always love seeing your overseas adventures!
Fun fact: We have Calpis in the US, but here it's been renamed to "Calpico" for obvious reasons 😆
Haha
When I was working in Japan, one year we had our end of year party at that amusement park in Asakusa. It is really retro.
I love it
So fun. Love this. Have a happy thanksgiving! ❤ 😊
Thank you! You too!
Everything looks amazing in this video especially the green tea
So good
You’ve got me wanting to go to Japan. Side note: loving Kitra’s nails matching Peter’s glasses. 🥰
Thanks 🙏
I went to Asakusa in my first trip to Tokyo. Amazing Temple. So happy to see you guys explore Japan ⛩

We didn’t really take a look at the tea options but I’m sure they have the main staples
@@OrdinaryAdventures That's alright. There'll be More Research.
“Who thought calpis could taste so good.” Quote of the year.
😂
The Japanese "Calpis" product is marketed as "Calpico" in the US. You had the strawberry. There are several other flavors as well.
That food looks great, amazing, and delicious 😋
It was!
Peter! You have the magic with you everyday, Kitra!
☺️
I give this video 5 out of 5! And best Kitra quote: "Why do you do things when I go to the bathroom?" 🤣

Calpis has been renamed Calpico in the United States, cause of the English sound. Lychee is my favorite
Ah okay

Calpis is a Japanese yogurt drink brand. Available world wide. It has a catchy slightly annoying theme song too 😂
👍
That temple look so beautiful

Melon soda has become quite hard to find in convenience stores. My recent trip there last month I had to run around multiple stores to find a melon soda to have in a mixer drink.
We usually only found it in 7-11 😭
2:47
I thought Pater said "Cow Piss" 🤣
"CALPIS" a non-carbonated, milk-based soft drink. Fermented skim milk, kinda like YAKULT.
Yup
4:46 That always freaks me out. It reminds me of Freddy standing on the other side of in the middle of the street and his finger blades growing at night. 21:30 Don't get the long potato sticks. You will regret it. 39:04 that is a back button
Why would we regret it?
Japan content is my favorite content now that Starcruiser is (temporarily...lol) OOO. Domo Arigato
👍
the Seattle space needle has a glass floor, we go there for our Santa photos and about half our group is freaked out by that floor.
😂
That big circular ride looks like the disco ride at adventure dome here in Vegas
We gotta check out the adventure dome
I love Asakusa (its Donkey is one of the best) and Sky Tree is so beautiful at Night time.
Yes Calpis is pronounced like that XD my mum got addicted to the flavor she loved Pocari Sweat after a big day of walking.
