- A man is dead after going on a two-day-long crime spree that ended in a shootout with police at a busy intersection in Geneva late Wednesday afternoon, according to Kane County Sheriff Ron Hain. WGN's Shannon Halligan has the latest details with SkyCam9 over the scene.

James Moriarty, 38, of Aurora, died of multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Kane County Coroner's Office.
