The 2024 US Open main draw runs from August 26 - September 8 in New York City at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The tournament takes place for the 144th time and is the fourth and final Grand Slam of the year. Last year, Serbia's Novak Djokovic and United States' Coco Gauff claimed the men's and women's singles titles. It was Djokovic’s 24th Grand Slam title and Gauff’s first Grand Slam title. This year, at the US Open, we’re set for another spectacular tournament as the world’s best tennis players head to New York. all of the commentators talk too much, but i find john and patrick, super annoying. i mute the sound through most tennis matches, but especially, the majors!!! 🙄 i want to see the matches, not listen to commentators running their mouths!!!
@@bluediamond4662 I agree 100%!! The ones that I find annoying are The McEnroes, Chris Evert, Renee Stubbs, Brad Gilbert and Lindsay Davenport. I actually don't mind Martina, Coco V., and Perkosh sometimes.

I've always thought Gauff & Shelton would make a fun pairing for mixed doubles, thanks for giving us a chance to find out USO! I like all the signs, "All American Duo", exactly right, they are a perfect pairing for mixed doubles. Imagine if they become a real life couple?! Would definitely set the US tennis scene on fire.

One handed backhand has to be executed perfectly whereas a 2 handed can get sloppy.

Who can bother to keep track of their on-again, off-again mess. Backdosa wants to settle down now that her career is drawing to a close, but Olive Oil wants to try & return to the top 10 despite a 1HB & the inability to slice. She applies pressure until he threatens to break up. Rinse & repeat.
