m dyer seems like all the evidence will be shown to a board made up of regular Dallas residents not related to law enforcement called a Grand Jury- they have the ability subpoena whom they wish and have access to all evidence. If this was a tragic accident they will say it was. If it was murder they will charge her with murder.

The hypocrisy makes me sick! In 72 hours they charged 2 black police officers with murder, convicted them and sentence them to 40+ years in prison. On the other hand, a police officer breaks into the wrong home and shoots a black child, killing her and no time in jail, no wrongdoing. There are so many white cops killing people and no punishment. The blacks in positions of authority, only have the authority to do what they are told. Some cases are difficult, but this Guyger is a slam dunk. How many other times have Guyger worked over time like that night? I assure you many! but didn't make the mistake of going into the wrong apt and killing someone. They are trying to find a way to justify the death of this precious young man. A criminal is a criminal, even if you're a cop. Cops are not above the law if anything they should be held to a higher standard of conduct. There's so much going on right now that is not just, The way to change is to unite. I don't mean blacks against whites, I mean people which are tired of racism, hatred, injustice and much more. To stand up to the corruption in all areas in life. This is not the best America has to give. We have many great people with kind and caring hearts. Justice is important and we must fight and die for it if need be.

2) Dpd leaked the weed info False News outlets put in a freedom of information request and got that from the Court house.
3) Credible witness is giving different account False at least one of the witness gave a completely different account to detectives then later changed her story making her not credible.

If it didn’t get turned over to the Texas Rangers commenters would say DPD was biased, Texas Rangers have incredible credibility and are very professional and are not swayed by a small mob. Grand Jury will see the evidence and the mitigating circumstances that will probe this was a tragic accident. The loss of Botham Jean no doubt is tragic and he did not deserve to die. He was a Christian man and from what family and friends have stated very devout. I’m sure he would want forgiveness and I’m sure he knew this was a tragic accident.

arnold sanders, seems unlikely that a well respected organization who have no connection to the accused not be impartial. That Horrific Accident scene and evidence has been scrutinized by 3 different independent investigations to ensure integrity Dpd investigates, Texas Rangers investigated, DA special investigators are investigating and All evidence gathered will be presented to a Committee made up of civilians not connected to law enforcement or the accused. That Civilian committee will decide what the correct charge will be Can’t be more fair than that. The lawyer claiming biased is not credible. He/she is bringing statements from sources that are not credible. At least one of those two people that are giving the statement the lawyer is claiming has changed the story multiple times. Initially giving investigators a different version and not until warmongers wanted to make this a race thing did that person change the version. That lawyer falsely claimed DPD leaked the fact that the Victim has weed in his apt when in fact the news outlets requested that info from the court house and that court house gave a copy of the warrant to the media. DPD or the Texas Rangers do not have control or say with regards to a court. People have falsely claimed the accused knew the victim and that they are in a picture together. The TRUTH is that they are trying to falsely make a narrative to make an Accident into a Racial motivated crime when all evidence points to a true Accident.
