Women's rights don't include murdering babies. Killing people is wrong, I thought that was simple to grasp.
She stands for justice. Every woman or human being in general deserves absolute and unconditional ownership of her own bodies and organs. As long as the unwelcome fetus is occupying her body, she has a right to expel it by any means necessary. No one has a right to occupy another's body. The fetus' right to life ends where the womans body begins.

_YES._ A newborn isn't violating anyone's bodily autonomy and can be raised by _anyone._ A gorilla could raise a newborn baby. You're conflating bodily rights with parental rights. Parents have a legal obligation to care for their children when they _choose_ to give birth, but _nobody_ has any legal obligation to donate their bodies. Not even to save a life.
Case in point, if I need blood and _you_ are the only applicable candidate, you can _choose_ not to, even if I'll die without it. That's not you "murdering" me, that's you not allowing me access to your body. Much like if I need my mother's womb to survive, she can either let me use it or not. It's her choice.

Not only does the heartbeat bill make perfect sense (in establishing that you're literally killing an innocent human being), we also know that the embryo develops brain activity at about six weeks after conception. And this is the *ultimate* sign of life. Obviously, pro-abortion folks wouldn't be satisfied with that being the deadline but it is inarguably a human being at that point. So much for "follow the science", eh?

Sure,when men risk their lives going through labour,when their bodies change and they sustain long lasting scars from the toll pregnancies take on their bodies. Sure,of course they can.
Personally I agree that men shouldn't have to pay child support if the woman decides to keep it and he didn't want it, but I also think we need better services in this country so that the mothers and children are still supported, like free daycare and pre-K funded through taxes, universal healthcare, and paid parental leave. She specifically stated that her platform as a valedictorian was one of few places she would actually be listened to and respected because women are so devalued in our society. Tell me when and where this message would have gotten the same attention and respect? The answer is nowhere. This was her speech and she earned that three minutes through hard work and dedication. She could have stood up there and screamed for three minutes without a single word and she would have earned that. And it's not like graduations speeches are always apolitical anyways. Actually, it absolutely is the government's place to decide this. Everyone who has read the Declaration of Independence knows that Americans have the right to life. Wether they are small or large, young or old, wether they are poor or wealthy. Wether their parents are selfish and evil and would rather have them murdered than take care of them... The progressives of the 1930s were making the same arguments and pushing for "progress" like they are today. One of those major progressive leftists was Adolf Hitler, who began a campaign where "undesirables" would be killed so they wouldn't burden others in the society. People with physical disabilities, incurable diseases, poor people, and mentally challenged were murdered in the name of convenience. It is very interesting to note that during the pandemic people began adopting pets to help with being locked inside due to quarantine; however, once things opened back up, and unemployment benefits began drying up, a lot of people are now dropping dogs and cats back off at pounds because they can't afford to take care of them. How much harder do you think it would be to take a *child* "back" somewhere...? You can take one to be adopted, but if they aren't adopted, what is left is the foster system, of which horrors are still very much unknown in great detail. It stays so full, and is so very much unlikely to unload millions of kids in the system every day, that the standards for removing kids from their parents and homes if deemed unfit were *RELAXED* to help keep the numbers of children taken into foster care DOWN.

Since the law applies to pregnancies that have progressed beyond six weeks, Women in texas, of childbearing age, should schedule abortions for EVERY 4 weeks. If they aren't pregnant, abort the abortion procedure. If they are pregnant, have the abortion because the law wouldn't apply.
