Thanks. I am going to use this at work to keep my anger in check. The point of realizing anger starts with impatience was very valuable for me.

Thank you very much for your kind teaching. I have learned that anger destroys a person. I think teachers should teach young pupils at school so they learn from young age. Thank you

    Tashi delek, Moltes gràcies.
Your blessings arrive very clear to us.
I'm exploring the origins of misunderstandings and angry reactions and some of your blessed and blessing explanations goe close to something called "nonviolent communication" or "deep communication" from Marshall Rossenberg. I think you probably will like it.

It’s weird you say anger comes from within. Anger sucks the only solution I found is to not surround myself with certain ppl. When I get angry I realize I have nothing to be angry about and that that’s not me(I’m pretty chill when I’m alone) I learned that the person I’m around is angry and that’s their energy. When I stay away from them I don’t have any anger. It sucks but you have to learn to just stay away. Just because your friendly doesn’t mean other ppl are. But I have to understand ppl grew up and deal with bad situations and that no one wants to be that way blaming ppl envy resentment. So you have to let the hurt from it go. Another time I realize I get angry is when I strongly disagree with another persons way of feeling/acting towards me but it seems to be a bit subconscious and you have to be in a meditative state to notice it. You say to not blame others but then why does it always happen around a certain person..? And I know I have nothing against them and I really don’t feel any type of anger towards them I just feel overcome with anger around them for no reason.

Dear Lily, much blessings to you. 🙏 :) .My takeaway from Geshe's teaching is that the anger arises from within us, not in that person. We are the ones feeling that anger and reacting from them.
If certain people keep making you feel anger when you are near them, there is something in what they are doing or saying that triggers feelings of eg disrespect, resentment, unworthiness within etc . But why does it trigger that in you? You might have to go down and look within of whether you might have encountered certain similar experiences or childhood traumas that were unconsciously triggered.
When that is cleared, you will find the heart open up, and being able to love and feel compassion towards the other party, irregardless of what is said or done to you.
      People who hurts, hurts people.
Atma namaste . May love and light be with you 🙏💜

I know you people do not grasp the problem! But I do know that removing bottles of beer from anywhere is a crime according to the "Vhinia Pitica "
